With its exceptional panoramic ocean view and private access to the beaches of Souzeaux and La Clere, our recently renovated 6-bedroom family villa welcomes you to the idyllic setting of the Bois de la Chaize in Noirmoutier.
The 210m² house features 6 bedrooms (all with ocean views), 5 of which have en-suite bathrooms:
- Terrace: Exceptional panoramic ocean views, plancha grill, garden furniture
- Porch: Table and outdoor furniture for dining sheltered from the sun or rain
- Ground floor: spacious living area with sitting room (TV/DVD) and dining room, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dryer, 2 refrigerators), double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet), separate hallway bathroom, 1 accessible outdoor shower
- Ground floor: double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet), double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub, double sink, and toilet), bedroom with 2 single beds and an en suite bathroom (shower and sink), bedroom with 3 single beds and a shower and sink, separate half-bath on the landing
- 2nd floor: bedroom with a double bed and a sink.

Un cadre enchanteur

Un retour en fanfare dans ce Noirmoutier de mon enfance, adolescence et +. La contemplation de cette magnifique baie de Bourgneuf depuis le surplomb de la propriété; dont il est difficile de s' arracher. De grandes ballades à vélo, à pied, de la pêche au Cob. des incursions en ville pour le marché et l'apéro sur le port. Mais un retour rapide dans le plus beau coin du Bois de la Chaize.
