Emplacement et façade du chalet au top!
A notre arrivée nous avons été ravi de voir le chalet, façade et terrasse très récente.
Nous sommes très agréablement accueillis par Eric de la société Les Clés de la Vallée-Conciergerie.
En revanche nous avons été surpris par l'intérieur du chalet assez vétuste.
La porte d'entrée que l'on doit soulever si l'on veut l'ouvrire entièrement.
Le plancher craque quasiment à chaque pas... difficile de rester discret lorsque quelqu'un dort encore!!!
L'escalier en colimaçon dans la description est notifié étroit.
Il serait plus judicieux de préciser: extrêmement étroit impossible pour moi d'accéder dans une posture normale.. ( largeur épaule moins de 50 cm )
La petite salle de bain est la seule pièce récente.

Bonjour,
Nous avons bien pris note de vos commentaires, concernant le sol qui craque, effectivement c'est l'inconvénient d'un chalet tout en bois, mais je l'avais bien précisé dans l'annonce.
Et pour l'escalier, il est étroit c'est vrai, et c'est aussi précisé dans l'annonce, mais mon mari fait 1m90 et 100 kg et il monte sans soucis.
Mais je comprends que ça ne soit pas très pratique.
Nous n'avons pas la prétention de louer un chalet récent, le tarif de la location est d'ailleurs en ce sens.

Chalet confortable, très bien équipé, idéal pour 4 personnes.
Bel extérieur et idéalement situé géographiquement.

Tres joli petit chalet idéalement situé, à la fois très au calme et juste à proximité de Barcelonnette.
Confort assez rustique mais tout y est, endroit très calme et plein de charme.
