No. 3 - A charming, brand-new, bright, one-bedroom (T2) semi-detached house with air conditioning, located in Ajaccio in the middle of an olive grove. This property is located near the Domaine des Milelli, a very pleasant place for a stroll. Its quiet location is conveniently close to restaurants, a cinema, a supermarket, a bakery, and more. The property features private parking with a view of the Gulf of Ajaccio.<br>The 35 m² apartment includes: a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a TV, a bathroom with a toilet, and a bedroom with a closet. The living room features a sofa bed that converts to a 140-size bed. A 60 m² outdoor terrace is fenced and furnished with garden furniture (1 table + 4 chairs), two lounge chairs, and a parasol. Bed linens and towels are provided at no extra charge (household cleaning supplies are also available).

Location fonctionnelle et neuve

Le site est à l'écart du centre ville tout en étant accessible facilement en voiture. On réside au calme alors qu'Ajaccio est à nos pieds. Je recommande !

Appartement très agréable

Propriétaire sympathique et disponible.Bel appartement propre avec parking à 5 min du centre ville belle vue,dans un grand parc arboré au calme. Excellent séjour je recommande.

Excellente location

Le logement est très bien équipé et propre. La partie extérieure est très agréable également. Les hôtes sont disponibles et cordiaux. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
