Relaxing villa with beautiful location

We stayed a week and had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The outdoors provided both sun and shade depending on what you wish. The kitchen is well equiped for cooking a variety of dishes. Pay attention to the description of the third bedroom which is located separately in the basement. Not a problem at all, but it is separated from the other bedrooms and going outside to go back and forth.

Hello Niels. Thank you for your appreciation and I am happy that everything went well for you. A detail: the description of the villa mentioned that a studio-bedroom is on the ground floor of the villa, that is to say parking level. In French sous-sol (term you use) corresponds to a room “under the ground”, that is to say almost a cellar. This is not the case here and this larger bedroom on the first level of the villa (in three levels) is also complemented by a bathroom. For many travelers this location is an opportunity, either in the case of couples, where one of them enjoys greater privacy and intimacy, or in the case of teenagers who can isolate themselves from adults. For many of our travelers this was considered a plus. Thank you again and maybe see you soon.

Schöne Villa, perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub

Diese Liegenschaft liegt sehr schön am Hang mit toller Aussicht auf die Landschaft. Man ist nicht direkt am Hotspot der Côte d'Azur, aber mit dem Auto erreicht man das Meer in ca. 30 Minuten. In den kleineren Dörfern in der Umgebung ist man mehr unter den Einheimischen als unter Touristen. Die Villa selbst ist ein Dreizimmerhaus oben mit Einliegerwohnung unten. Oben hat man zwei Schlafzimmer mit Bad und WC. Die Einliegerwohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer und Bad. Leider ist das untere Schlafzimmer nicht innen verbunden, man muss immer die Außentreppe benutzen. Der Pool und die Außenterrassen sind perfekt.

Agréable séjour à Taradeau

Villa très bien équipée et confortable, correspondant à la description. La climatisation est vraiment un plus. La villa est bien située en hauteur sur la colline avec une superbe vue. Les commerces et boulangeries sont à quelques minutes en voiture. Nombreux villages à visiter et marchés à proximité. Plages de Fréjus à 30 min. Petit bémol toutefois, un problème de siphon defectueux devrait être solutionné.

Merci de votre appréciation. Après vérification le siphon était en ordre mais obturé par des cheveux et des restes de savon. Don par capillarité il se vide et ne joue plus son rôle. Un produit nettoyant était a disposition dans l'armoire de la sdb prévu pour ses cas. Désolé j'aurais dû mieux préciser et attirer l'attention dans le document sur le fonctionnement de la villa. Encore merci et peut être à bientôt. René

Top standard holiday home with all the required facilities for a great, cosy family holiday or for two couples. The Var area is very nice and we would certainly consider coming back and also renting the villa again.

Hot summer om Taradeau

Very nice house. Located at the end of a private road. Private and with a stunning view Very nice pool and pool area. Everything works with baths and kitchen. One room has its own entrance and bath. There is no AC in the bedrooms but this only an issue during the hottest periods. We can recommend this house and area!

Pour la vue, la tranquillité, la piscine

La villa est située dans un quartier tranquille de Taradeau, orientée Sud Est, la vue y est belle. Parking fermé au pied du logement, dans la propriété. Pas de vis-à-vis. Cuisine et logement bien équipé. Les petits bémols lors de notre séjour : draps et serviettes neufs jamais lavés, pas de clim dans les chambres, vaisselles et cafetière à relaver.

Désolés de ces petits soucis. La personne habituée en charge du ménage et connaissant bien nos exigences était souffrante et a du être remplacée en dernière minute. Si ces soucis nous avaient été communiqués immédiatement (numéro de tél. était bien connu), nous aurions pu corriger. Les chambres sont toutes équipées de ventilateurs.
