In the heart of the historic centre of Colmar, in the Little Venice district, this apartment with its exposed beams, will welcome you for an unforgettable stay. Located on the 2nd floor, the Appart'Heim consists of a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a lounge area with sofa bed, a dining room, a shower and a separate toilet. You will find everything you need to ensure optimal comfort (WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, television, etc.). We provide you with an individual garage located 8-10 minutes walk away. This will allow you to park easily and free of charge if there is no space nearby, which is particularly appreciable during the summer and winter period.<br>The Little Venice district is one of the most picturesque in the historic centre of Colmar. The authenticity of its small streets, narrow passages, and boat rides gives it a crazy charm. In this district you will also be close to many shops, cafes, restaurants and the main cultural places of Colmar. And you will of course be ideally located to go to the Christmas and Easter markets. <br>The train station is a 10-minute walk away. In 2 minutes on foot you will be on the start of the boat trips to visit Colmar in a different way. During the Christmas period, shuttles will allow you to go to the typical Christmas markets of Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr, Kaysersberg or Eguisheim.<br>It was after a long reflection that we chose as the name of the cottage "Appart'Heim" because in Alsatian "Heim" means home, home, home, home. We wanted to create a place to stay where our guests feel good and can enjoy a décor that is both modern and traditional.
