Oceanfront 6 bedroom Penthouse w/ 360 degree views - Orchid

AMAZING and out of this WORLD two level, 6 bedroom Penthouse. This penthouse was designed and built by and for the developer of Orchid. Every upgrade imaginable. Glass floors, floating stairs, floor to ceiling frameless glass, white Italian marble floors, and beautiful one of a kind acrylic furniture.

You will feel like you should be in a music video. This condo is tricked out with the finest appliances, and all hidden so it doesn't look like a kitchen. The second story has it's own full kitchen, dining, and living area. It also has direct access to the rooftop pool and terrace.

The condo was designed so it can be divided into two separate units if you don't need all six rooms.

Both levels have 360 degree views from the city lights to Los Arcos to the mountains. You will not be disappointed rather feel you're living the dream.

Price is for all six bedrooms. The sixth bedroom is a flex room off of the living area which is a king and full bed together.

There is a resort fee from the building of 312 pesos ($18 usd) per day. The building will charge you directly when you check-in

Paradise in PV!

Best property I have EVER rented! This penthouse rental truly offers a one of a kind experience. The unit itself is modern, clean, and offers everything you're going to need for your stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, each having amazing views. The beds are also very comfortable! The unit is completely surrounded by glass windows and doors so you have 360 degree unobstructed views of the ocean and mountains. You also have your own private stairs that take you up to the rooftop pool. Between the breathtaking views and the amenities offered at the Orchid, I wouldn't choose any other location for a trip to PV. The Orchid also has the best rooftop pool, complete with extremely friendly staff and incredible food. I highly recommend renting at the Orchid and will absolutely be returning.

Incredible Stay!

The most beautiful condo in PV with friendly staff and amazing views. There are steps down from the condo building to the beach. It's incredible. Juan Carlos makes a mean margarita at the rooftop pool bar. Quick taxi ride or walk downtown. Can't wait to go back and visit. 5 Star Experience!
