The Stablehouse at Copperas Creek - A Fully Renovated Relaxing Retreat

This unique property was previously an equestrian training facility. The Living Quarters have been fully renovated to provide all the comforts of home - away from home. Downstairs has a private bedroom with a queen bed and 40" Smart TV. There is another bedroom downstairs with a Daybed w/trundle that sleeps 2 as well as a loveseat recliner sofa. This sleeping area has a 40" Smart TV. A full bath is shared by downstairs guests. A walk out covered patio completes the downstairs. Upstairs is a large open entertaining area with a full kitchen (Refrigerator, Range, and Microwave). The 3rd Sleeping area is an alcove with a queen bed and a full bathroom upstairs. The living area opens to a large covered porch overlooking a field with grazing Longhorns. The perfect place for quiet morning coffee or Happy Hour refreshments.

The location has another separate property that sleeps 8 guests. Each building has its own fire pit, charcoal grill, and outdoor entertainment area with corn hole toss, washer toss, and other family oriented games to enjoy.

This lodging is conveniently located by the newest addition to this property - Circle C Barn Venue. The location is 20 miles from Lake Somerville, 28 miles from Kyle Field at Texas A&M, 47 miles from Round Top, and easy access to numerous wineries in the area.

Plenty of room to park your boat after a day at the lake.

This home is amazing. It is extremely private, but also close to everything in town. The Longhorns are a great touch to this property. My wife and I love the property so much we are going to bring our kids back in 2 weeks.

Great for family event

We rented both houses to have all of our family stay together for TAMU graduation. It was about 35 minute drive to campus, but it was great to have all the space for grandparents, parents, aunts & uncles, etc. The houses were clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the peaceful location. I will definitely recommend to friends in the future!
