DAYROOM
Combining white and wood, the fully equipped kitchen of about 20 m2 is very trendy. Its central island and its bar invite you to convivial moments.
A large sliding door separates the kitchen from the living room. The bright living room, with its white walls and parquet flooring, offers an exceptional view of the sea, with the Mont Saint-Michel in sight, thanks to its two large windows leading onto the balcony. The space is well differentiated with a spacious dining area on one side and the living area on the other.
NIGHT NOOK
The Val Joyeux flat has a large bedroom, equipped with storage space and bathed in light thanks to its two large windows. Lying on the 160 x 200 bed, you can admire the sea in a Zen and relaxing atmosphere.
The lounge area has a convertible sofa offering an extra bed for 2 people. The privacy and tranquillity of this sleeping area is ensured by the sliding door separating the living room from the kitchen.
BATHROOM AREA
The flat has a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathroom cabinet with a basin. The toilets are independent.
THE EXTERIORS: You have a large balcony: table, benches and deckchairs are installed to spend pleasant moments while enjoying the exceptional panorama. You will also have access to the garden, planted with trees and fenced in, an ideal place for children to play!
What you need to know about VAL JOYEUX:
- The flat is located in a large Cancale house and occupies its ground floor with a completely independent entrance.
- Linen is included for 2 people - for the 3rd and 4th person linen is optional at 18 € / pers. The linen kit includes bed linen and 1 large and 1 small towel / person. Please bring your own tea towels.
- Free parking is available in the street, either in front of the flat or in the neighbouring streets.
- The garden is in the condominium and below the flat.
- A member of our team will be there to welcome you on arrival and ensure that you have a pleasant stay on departure. Late arrivals after 8 pm are possible with a supplement of 40 €.
- In winter, from November 1st to March 31st: an estimate of the electricity consumption has been made for a heating at 22° = 52.5 KW/D. If this daily consumption is exceeded at the end of your stay, then you will be asked to pay for this excess consumption on the day of departure: 0.26€ / KW exceeded
