The space is divided between a spacious dining room and a comfortable living area. The master bedroom, bright and equipped with storage, has a 160x200 bed offering a soothing view of the sea, in a zen atmosphere. The living room has a 160x200 sofa bed, perfect for an additional sleeping arrangement for two people, with privacy preserved by the sliding door. The bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower and a vanity unit, while the toilet is separate.A large balcony equipped with a table, benches and deckchairs allows you to fully enjoy the exceptional panorama. You will also have access to a wooded and fenced communal garden, an ideal space for children.

• Bed linen (bed linen, 1 large and 1 small towel per person) is included for 2 people and is included in the final cleaning fee. For a 3rd or 4th person, it is offered as an option at €20 per person.
• In winter, from November 1st to March 31st, a daily electricity consumption of 52.5 kW (heating at 22°) is included. Any excess consumption will be billed at €0.26 per additional kW on the day of your departure.
