We are renting our large family home located a 15-minute drive from Saint-Florent.

180° panoramic views over the Agriates desert.

The property features a 3-hectare park and an 18m x 4.5m heated swimming pool.
The pool is fenced and equipped with an electric cover.

Layout of the 9 bedrooms:

GROUND FLOOR
• 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed + bathroom

UPSTAIRS
• 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (2 single beds 90 cm / 1 double bed 160 cm)

GARDEN LEVEL
• 2 suites: 2 double bedrooms + 2 bathrooms in the main house
• 1 poolside studio with a 180 cm bed (bathroom with shower + bathtub)

At the back of the house
• 1 studio with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 cm + 2 single beds 90 cm) and 1 bathroom
• 1 additional studio with a 160 cm bed (with bathroom)

A large kitchen/dining area opening onto a 100 m² terrace with views over Cap Corse and the desert, plus a smaller terrace.

Optional upon request: 1 bell tent in the park, fitted as a real bedroom with bathroom/toilet.

Amenities:
1 living room with fireplace, 1 large kitchen/dining room, 1 office/library, 1 huge terrace, 1 pergola terrace by the pool, 1 cold room, 1 ice machine, 1 plancha grill, 1 pétanque court, 1 ping-pong table, 1 yoga deck, 1 vegetable garden, a sauna & massage area.
Smart TVs, Wi-Fi.
The entire house and all furniture are new.
Each bathroom has its own toilet.

You will be enchanted by the views and the peaceful surroundings!

Merveilleux séjour entre plages paradisiaques, petits villages splendides et calme absolu

L'annonce donne l'impression d'une maison tres belle, grande et isolee. En arrivant on se demandait où serait l'arnaque. En fait tout était encore mieux. La propriété est immense. Le jardin a une vue incroyable. Les étoiles nous ont fait vibrer tous les soirs. De la piscine on voit les collines alentours. Du terrain de pétanque on voit la mer. Du verger aussi. Des hamacs partout. Des balançoires du ping pong. Et la tente de glamping. Les enfants et les adultes étaient constamment ravis. On comptait bouger mais un jour sur deux on restait à la propriété pour en profiter. Nous étions 6 enfants et 6 adultes. Nous sommes répartis enchantés. Merci pour tout!! On espère pouvoir revenir.
