Appartement bien entretenu et bien équipé

Nous nous sommes sentis à nouveau très à l'aise. Tout est bien entretenu et les trois chambres et le balcon côté ensoleillé rendent le séjour très agréable. L'excellente alimentation via le BAB2 et la bonne connexion en bus avec le TRAM complètent le tableau. Hôtesse très gentille et serviable.

Génial !

Maïté est une très bonne hôte ! Très disponible et aux petits soins de ses hôtes. L’appartement est superbe, propre, lumineux et agréable. Aucune mauvaise surprise ! Idéalement placé à 1 mn à pied d’un arrêt de tram et d’un centre commercial. Résidence calme. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés ! Merci beaucoup Maïté :)

Belle location

Location très bien entretenue, confortable et qui correspond à l'annonce. L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter la région. Différents accès aux transports en commun se trouvent à proximité. On accède à Biarritz et Bayonne en 15min. Idem pour les plages. Maïté, la propriétaire est très agréable et disponible.

Sejour agreable au Pays Basque

Nous avons été bien accueillies (ma mere 91 ans et moi même par Maite proprietaire de l appartement. Personne charmante et souriante. Un gateau basque nous attendait pour accueil. L appartement est bien situé, tres propre, bien equipe et tres calme. Nous avons pu nous garer tous les soirs devant l immeuble. Nous avons bien profite de notre sejour visite de la famille, petit tour à Biarritz Bayonne Ainoha. Merci encore à Maite

Sehr schönes Appartment in guter Lage

Das Appartment liegt ungefähr in der Mitte zw. Biarritz und Bayonne. Mit dem Bus ist beides super zu erreichen. Das Appartment hat eine sehr gute Größe und schönen Grundriss und ist gut und praktikabel ausgestattet. Der Balkon lässt sich toll nutzen und hat Nachmittags Sonne - direkt daneben ist ein kleiner Park zum Spielen. Das Einkaufszentrum BAB2 ist direkt vor der Tür, da bekommt man alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Abends ist es dennoch ruhig. Parken mit dem Auto klappt gut. Alles sauber und eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Logement spacieux à recommander

Très bon logement, traversant, bien éclairé, décoré avec goût et bien équipé. Il est situé à quelques minutes à pied du grand centre commercial BAB2 et de l'arrêt du tram'bus qui permet de se rendre à Bayonne ou à Biarritz en évitant de prendre la voiture. Le seul bémol est que le stationnement sur le parking de l'immeuble n'est pas garanti du fait que plusieurs places sont réservées à des professions libérales. Mais on peut garer provisoirement sa voiture sur le parking du centre commercial, avant de pouvoir la rentrer à nouveau sur le parking de l'immeuble. La propriétaire est très sympathique et prête à rendre service. Je recommande ce logement spacieux, agréable et bien situé.
