Feel Ripped Off
For what I paid for staying one night in Casablanca, this place is overpriced and uncomfortable. Let me give you a few facts, you can judge yourself.
1. Misleading - it listed that the apartment has air-conditioning. No A/C but a fan in one of the bedrooms. I asked the owner, who said he didn’t list A/C as the amenity. I went back to the confirmation to check. Sure enough, A/C is listed.
2. Limited kitchen stock - the unit supplies pots and pans, some plates, NO BOWLS. Even worse, there is no trash can. We had no place to throw away the trash, so we used our own bags to store the trash. We called the owner about it, he didn’t even respond to our request.
3. In the 4 th floor, without elevator - although it’s not a big issue, but when you have luggage and stuff to carry, you have to think twice.
4. Not responsive - the morning we were about to leave, we called the owner to ask to drop off the key to the door keeper, he told us 20-minute wait, we needed up waiting for 40 minutes. My husband kept calling him, but no response after the first call. I didn’t know what to do, we were in a hurry to leave for another city. Finally, the door keeper showed up. He could have let us know the door keeper would be late, but no, he just ignored us.
