About this property

Come to beautiful St Helena in Napa wine country.

3 bedroom, 2 bath furnished sublet in St Helena available June 7 through September 1. Ideally looking to rent the place to one family for the entire time but could possible break it up into smaller segments. Gas fireplace, high ceilings in living room, air conditioning, washer/dryer, BBQ, trampoline, garage. You can walk to town. There is a shared pool. Both twin beds have trundle beds below them. Rent is $3500/month which includes water and garbage and internet. You would need to pay for PG&E in addition to the rent. Please call, text or email me with questions.
