On 2 floors, 3 double bedrooms (one with separable beds) and adjoining bathroom or shower and 1 single bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 children. Living room opening onto fitted kitchen, living room, dining room opening onto a large outdoor space with garden furniture, deckchair and barbecue available. A utility room/laundry room and a secure room for storing bicycles or nautical equipment enhance our villa.

Bonjour Monsieur,
Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que vous n'ayez pas appréciés votre séjour à La Paludière. Nous aurions apprécié que vous en parliez plus longuement avec notre concierge dédiée Morgane qui est toujours présente auprès de nos vacanciers en cas de besoin. Nous faisons appel à ses services pour éviter toute déconvenue à nos vacanciers.
La maison est très bien située à Carnac Plage et a donc les inconvénients de ses avantages ; sur la haute saison en effet, il y a beaucoup de monde et la circulation est dense.
Vous pouvez cependant tout faire à pieds et profiter au mieux de la station dans ces conditions.
Vous connaissez parfaitement la destination et son activité saisonnière ainsi que les tarifs pratiqués à cette période, nous sommes vraiment surpris de vos remarques.
Sachez toutefois que nous prenons en compte celles ci et ferons le maximum pour satisfaire nos futurs vacanciers.

Great house
Pros: House very close to everything (beaches are few minutes walk, shops, fish market, restaurants…), spacious and very well decorated.
Cons: we had to pay extra charges for utilities and this was not disclosed at the time of reservation (but 2days before arrival). Checkin and check out require in person process (30min) each time. Close to busy streets, so a bit noisy to have a quiet lunch/dinner in the backyard

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la maison.
Nous avons revérifié notre annonce afin de noter les frais de linge de maison en option plus clairement et ainsi éviter toute possible mauvaise surprise.
Quant à la circulation, en effet, sur certaines semaines de la haute saison, elle peut se faire bruyante, mais tout dépend de vos habitudes et tolérances. Certains vacanciers ne sont pas dérangés, mais cela arrive parfois en effet.
Nous proposons désormais une possibilité d'accès à la maison avec une boîte à clés. L'accueil personnalisé nous semblait une bonne proposition mais comprenons que ceci puisse être contraignant.
Nous espérons vous revoir prochainement en Bretagne Sud,

Superbe bretonne
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette belle demeure carnacoise dont la déco mêle ancien et moderne avec succès. Acceuil de Morgane au top avec de petites attentions très appréciables. La maison est parfaitement équipée pour accueillir une grande famille, et se situe à proximité du centre et de la plage. Bref, une maison très attachante qu'il fut bien difficile de quitter !
