About this property

L'Albigny - Studio with your feet in the water by Lake Annecy

The studio is located on one of the most beautiful avenues of Annecy: the Avenue d'Albigny. Feet in the water crossing the street, less than 5 minutes walk from the Imperial beach, the shops of the Albigny district, or the Old Town of Annecy.
Also behind: the shops of Parmelan (Galeries Lafayettes, bakery, press...).

The room is equipped with a double bed 140x200cm (Double), a wall TV and a dining area..
Equipped kitchen area: microwave, kettle and coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with high-speed WiFi.
Outside, the park will allow you to enjoy the sunny days!
Linen will be provided for your stay.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor with elevator.

🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay while leaving your car in the garage.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake)

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Horrible dans un bâtiment vieux

Horrible tres cher, dans un bâtiment moche à plusieurs étage, pied dans l eau pas du tout ,fenêtre qui ferme mal ,volet qui fait bruit du tonnerre , le détecteur di cendie qui s est mis en marche car plus de pile,le petit déjeuner oublié ,on m à eu à 10g grâce au concierge qui a fait le nécessaire plus jamais .180e la nuit ....50e s est largement , inadmissible, je ne suis pas prête à reprendre à aibnb

ODEUR HORRIBLEMENT MAUVAIS

Très mécontent de l'appartement choisi. Hormis le fait que les odeurs, tant du bâtiment que de l'appartement lui-même, étaient très désagréables, le logement n'est pas du tout confortable, exposé aux vues des voisins sans le minimum d'intimité et de chaleur excessive. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
