We absolutely loved our stay. The unit and property is exactly as listed. The check in and out was easy. The communication was excellent. The only issue we had is that the shuttle does not go to and from the Wildeness location to Top of the Rock nor the Longcamp location (where the yoga class was held). The shuttle logistics was challenging but has nothing to do with the owner.

We also appreciate you sharing your experience with the shuttle logistics. We understand how that can be challenging, and we’re glad you recognized that it’s outside of our control. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back!

Very pleased with our stay at Big Cedar this year. We’ve stayed here about 10 times and it’s always very consistent with great service and hospitality. The units are very clean and even the studio was big enough for a family of five. I would mention that the outside of the Wildnerness units could be kept cleaner. A lot of dust and cobwebs on the outside that really wouldn’t take much to keep tidy. The interior is great but the exterior could use attention. Otherwise, a delightful trip!
