The Condo Butterfly offers you 1.960 square feet of living space, 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils. Enjoy the 40.000 square feet garden with the BBQ Rancho, the sun terrace and the huge 4 meters by 20 meters (13 feet by 65 feet lap pool) pool, with a children's shallow end. A special feature of the accommodation is the extremely fast high-speed Internet with 100 MBs and with over 1000 channels.! Playa Negra offers many small hotels and lodges as well as typical restaurants. Visit the "Villa Deevena restaurant" just two blocks from the property. The Guide 3 star chef Patrick Jamon offers a varied selection of original dishes that are prepared by him and delight guests in a relaxed atmosphere. The menu features fresh seafood and other ingredients selected to satisfy the taste buds and refresh guests after a day at the beach, pool, under the sun or the great outdoors.
In the city of Avellana, just four kilometers away, there is a wonderful bar by the sea, which offers live music and delicious cocktails in the evenings.
