The owner was super helpful in trying to accommodate, however the house was not clean. There were dirty dishes/pans put away in cabinets, dust wrapped around the fan blades (and the fans were turned on upon arrival), and yellow stained pillows.
The location was great for Pagosa and Wolf Creek, however the house backed up to the highway so you could hear every semi that went by. Along with the neighbor’s dogs barking right next door (not the owners fault, but not very pleasant after a long day).
We throughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The owner was very easy to communicate with and took care of concerns we had. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time
Property needs some TLC which I shared with owner - we still enjoyed our time immensely but couldn't give the property itself higher that a 3 star Owner on the other hand is a 5!
