The large living/dining/kitchen area offers breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Never on a rental program before, this condo is worthy of the most discriminating traveler. The living room features ample seating and a large flat panel tv for your viewing pleasure. The large dining area offers seating for 6. Aqua 1809 Not and As Appealing As Photos

We were very displeased with the quality of the property. When we arrived on Wednesday , the balcony and balcony furniture were covered in bird feces. It was in such poor condition we could not sit out there. When wereached out for maintenance, the company could not make it out until Saturday so we cleaned it ourselves. I have pictures that I am able to share with you to show you how disgusting it was. The mattresses in the guest bedroom squeaked terribly and made for a very uncomfortable sleep at night. The blankets in each of the closets had not been washed. Also disgustingly, one of the blankets had blood spots on it. We also have pictures of that. This property was listed as a super host and in the past, I have had good experiences renting super host properties. This is in no way the quality of what we expect a super host property to be in. Other issues included the tub in the hall bathroom draining very poorly. We had to go and buy Drano to address the issue. The best thing about this property It was what is this location to Pier Park.

Loved it, but needs a little work

Absolutely beautiful with a great view! We have stayed at Aqua several times, the room we were in was the same as last year! There was only three complaints about our room, 1-in the master bathroom the bathtub didn’t have hot water, the nozzle just kept spinning and spinning, and the light over the shower didn’t work nor the fan. 2- the outlets did not hold any of our chargers in the wall at all. 3-in the other bedroom that has a bathroom in it, the tub felt like whoever was in it was going to fall through, it was very loose.

Clean rooms with a great view

The unit was in great condition, nothing seemed out of date or out of place. Great location close to attractions restaurants grocery stores and of course the beach. If we return to Panama City Beach, this unit is at the top of our list.

Dated Kitchen ware

Great location, view and property. Clean apartment but I have to criticize the kitchen ware. Pots and pans are all old Teflon coated with the coating coming off. You could have much better than that. Otherwise very nice.
