It is large enough to accommodate 3 families easily. Private Terrace overlooks pool and beautiful sandy white beaches. Upgraded unit has large flat screen TVs, DVDs, Granite, Stainless Steel Appliances, Washer and Dryer, Over sized Windows, and much more. Master bedroom has private entrance to elliptical balcony. The Living Area has a Sleeper Sofa , TV and Private Balcony Entrance. The Master Bedroom features a King Size Bed TV and a Private Balcony Entrance. The Master Bath houses a Tub and Glass Enclosed Shower. The Second Bathroom houses a combination Tub/Shower. The Kitchen is fully equipped. The Dining Area has a Table with Seating for 6. Very nice but could be better

Property and unit is gorgeous. Parking and beach chairs could be better. When a 20 year old guy that smells like pot threatens to call security on a group of retired and current educators over a beach chair, that’s a problem. Parking garage had threes levels basically empty but 2 cars in our group had to be parked at a storage facility a mile away. We all understood the process but it could be better explained up front.

Summer Vacation 2023

The property was as listed and quaintly nestled in the absolute best location ever! We frequent FL (PCB, Fort Walton, Destin) at least 3 times a year, and of all cities and housing, this one was by far the best!!!!! We were in the midst of the best shops, eateries, amenities, etc.! We’ve found our forever vacation spot!!!! …not to mention the views!!!
