Villa 131 - Almost Afloat

Terrific 2-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath oceanfront condo with great views of the ocean. Villa 131 has an electric fireplace in the living room and a 55-inch smart TV. This villa is warm and inviting, featuring a ground-floor patio with an ocean view, as well as a master bedroom balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom comfortably sleeps up to four with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a convenient twin trundle—ideal for kids or extra guests. Beach access is not far away. Swimming pool, laundry, fitness center, bike rentals, restaurant & gift shop on site.

NOT pet friendly.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
Villas by the Seas has 3 coin-operated laundry rooms accessible with your key cards.

Awesome location and condo

Very pleasant to work with the realtor that manages this unit. Very clean and just like photos. Awesome views from balconies. Really enjoyed the location. Family loved it.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay. The property is as described and easily accommodated our family of four with two teenagers. Driftwood beach and Horton Pond are both very close walks and we rode our bikes on a nice bike path through the marsh to the fishing pier. We liked this unit's location at the far end of the complex where it was very quiet.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice quick first visit to Jekyll Island. The condo we stayed at was a great place for our getaway. Condo was in good condition, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped for any cooking and eating needs. Location of the property is good, close to Driftwood Beach, pool is just down the corner, and the views on the beachfront were amazing. An information packet was provided to us in the condo upon arrival, which gave us great ideas of what to do. There are so many places and beaches to explore. I definitely recommend a sunset walk on St. Andrew’s picnic area and beach. Sunrise every morning on the master balcony was superb. Thanks for the hospitality!

Almost Afloat

We had a wonderful stay at Almost Afloat. The only issue was when we checked-in there was a lot of water of the floor extending from the kitchen through the living room. Since it was after 6 (on a Saturday), we called the emergency number because we were worried about a leak. We did not hear back from Parker-Kaufman until Monday morning.

Great place

No one received our messages about needing late check in and the after hours number on our check in instructions was incorrect. It was 2am before we got into the condo. Once we were in the property was lovely and the stay was super nice!

Beautiful location. Wonderful time with family on Island

Plenty of bath towels but one kitchen towel and wash rag for the week was not enough. Very basic kitchen items. The Biggest problem was "critters" ! we thought we heard scratching in the ceiling at night. When we woke up, a bun I has in a ziplock bag that I had left of the counter was now on the floor. The bag had been torn into, the top bun was gone and the bottom bun was half gone!! We made sure not to accidently leave food out for the remainder of our vacation.

Fun at the beach

Very nice place to stay. Quite and peaceful. Driftwood beach is beautiful . Had a great to with our granddaughter s at the beach. Our son and daughter-ln- law stayed at the rv park and we all hung out together. Will definitely be back
