Bohemian chic studio in the heart of Saint Germain

Nestled in the quiet and ancient courtyard of an 18th century building in the heart of the Left Bank, this stylishly renovated studio is the ultimate Parisian retreat! Please note that the studio is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, however the walk up is easy.
Due to the historic nature of the building and certain restrictions on construction, the flat is equipped with a mobile 9000BTU air conditioner . A fan is also provided should the weather dictate, however, due to the old thick stone walls the apartment stays rather cool on even the warmest days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the exception of a dishwasher.

Great apartment, excellent host

While small, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great communication from Rita and Michel. My spouse and I would definitely stay again!

Fantastic apartment, a truly wonderful stay!

The apartment is very beautiful, the process was super easy and the location is fantastic for central Paris, with lovely restaurants, cafes and shops very close by. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming and I would recommend this place very highly! The bed is super comfortable and the finishing touches to the apartment are just wonderful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Charming Central Studio

Everything about this studio was amazing! After booking they sent a list of places to visit, check in was extremely easy and the studio had a lot of space for two people. Bed was extremely comfortable and it was nice having a little kitchen. I loved how easy it was to walk to everything and how quiet everything was. It was a short trip but this place was perfect and made it one of the best trips. Truly the most charming place I have stayed in Paris. 100% would stay again!

Parisian getaway

This is a perfect Parisian getaway. It is in a neighborhood chock full of gourmet delights and convenient to everything. Rita and Michel were amazing hosts. Rita met me to get me into apartment and showed me everything. The apartment is lovely and very well appointed. Rita and Michel left lists of places to eat and not one miss! I had a lovely stay and will return!

Or stay was impeccable from start to finish. Our hosts were available before and during our stay. They always shared recommendations (restaurants, purveyors, even a doctor) that suited our likes. The property was lovely and well stocked with all the essentials we might need. I would return in a heart beat.

Paris Olympics

I had a wonderful 5 day stay in this beautiful studio apartment. The communication ahead of my stay was excellent and I was provided with helpful information about the local area. Rita met me upon arrival and showed me how to use the apartment’s amenities and gave me advice for my stay during the Olympics. The apartment is in a very convenient location. Everything was clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it would stay again.

Rita was by far the best host we’ve had! She was quick to respond and provided so many personal touches to our stay. The apartment is in the best location of St Germain. Lots of really good cafes and restaurants. Only. 10-15 min walk to the Louvre. The apartment is small but mighty. The bed is comfortable and bath linens are soft. The apartment has everything you will need for your stay. Thanks again Rita!

Truly exceptional location

There are so many wonderful things to say about this apartment. The location in Saint Thomas-d'Aquin was excellent, especially with its proximity to the Rue du Bac metro station. The neighborhood is lively but tranquil at the same time. So many stores and restaurants (and Rita and Michel provided great recommendations). The windows open to a courtyard and we were fortunate to have great weather. Leaving the windows open and the shutters closed, the apartment was very quiet. The apartment was well equipped, and we especially enjoyed the welcome snacks that were given to us and the washer/dryer in the middle of a long trip abroad. Rita arranged to meet us on arrival and also checked in with us on our first full day. She was so kind. Stepping out of the apartment, you are immediately immersed in the beautiful city of Paris. Walkable to Musee d'Orsay, Hôtel des Invalides, and so many transportation options. We cannot wait to go back!

Best experience renting a property

Me and my boyfriend went to Paris to stay almost a week. We have already rented a property that the owner cancelled 15 days before our departure from Brazil to Europe. And we managed to find this beautiful property. Rita the property manager was really kind with us, she explained all the informations needed for the check in and we’ll behavior inside her place. The apartment was super clean, had all the gadgets and things someone need, better than a hotel. It is ideal for 2 people, the location is excellent. To the louvre we only had to walk 10 min, for example. It is near a metro station that can get you fo any place of the city. Rita is an awesome host and we couldn’t have choose a better option.
