Charming 45 sq.m apartment in the heart of the Latin Quarter
Very pretty small charming 45 sq.m apartment in the heart of the Latin Quarter. It can be rented for 4 guests (one double bed and one sofa bed sleeping 2), on the 2nd floor of a typical 17th century building along a calm sunny road in the historic, artistic and literary quarter of Paris. Just 5 minutes on foot from Notre Dame and Saint Germain des Prés, close to the Saint Michel metro and many bus routes. An ideal starting point to discover the exceedingly beautiful cultural and tourist hotspots of the capital city. Numerous cafés, restaurants, cinemas, art galleries and shops nearby.

The apartment was in the best neighbor in St. Germain, heart of the Latin Quarter, with lots of shops, restaurants, bakeries, bars, shops. You name it, you have it within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment was very clean and had essentials. We were welcomed by host who was waiting on the street when we pulled up in our taxi. Could not have had a better place to stay and would definitely rent this apartment again if available and back in Paris .
This apartment was charming! Central to several tourist destinations by foot! We walked to most of the things we wanted to see, and could hear the bells of Notre Dame (very close) chiming! Lots of cafes and restaurants close by, and grocery stores. Mina was a very great host, and met us at the apartment to let us in, and give us great tips. Excellent lift in the apartment too! Metro stop 2 minute walk. Merci Mina for sharing your home with us!

No air conditioning (which may be typical in Paris apartments). Small bed (double, not queen). We were told to leave it as clean as we found it. For nearly 2,000 a week, they can't clean it between visits? Cheap old kitchen appliances. Washer but no dryer. We were told to bring our own soaps and shampoos, which was okay but surprising. Location is great, but not the apartment. For summer visits, you'd be advised to book a hotel unless you can find a VRBO with A/C.
Very good location. Easy to get anywhere with metro super close. Beautiful building. Mina is a great host & very helpful.

Magical month in Paris
We were so lucky to spend a month in Paris. Marc and Mina’s apartment was exactly what we wanted. Great location,
prefect size for us, good amenities, charming hosts. We will
definitely be staying again.
We had a lovely 9 night stay in Mina’s apartment. It’s located in a fantastic area of the 6 th with easy access to the 5th, 6th and 7th arrondismonts and Sainte Chapelle, Notre Dame, Louvre and Tuileries are all so close. It’s on a quiet street with a great little restaurant only 1/2 a block away. The check in was easy and the apartment was clean and well appointed. The bed was firm, plenty of good lighting and a well equipped kitchen. I would stay here again

Everything we needed for a comfortable stay
A wonderful location in central Paris. Very quiet street. Unfortunately there was some construction outside the window every morning but should be over soon. Be prepared to pay credit card fees to the owner as they would like to be reimbursed. We would stay there again.

wonderful stay in Paris
We loved our stay in this apartment. The location is perfect - in the Latin Quarter so close to the Seine, and yet on a quiet street. We could walk everywhere, and the metro and RER are just 2 or 3 minutes away. It is just as the pictures show - clean, lots of closet space, comfortable bed, everything we could need for a home away from home. I especially appreciated great internet, and a great shower!
Mina and Marc are excellent hosts; very helpful, and live right below in case of need.

Quiet, comfortable, great location
Ideal for couple, but note that it is a studio apartment, not a separate bedroom, so would lack privacy for more than two people. Location in quiet street near St Michel and Odeon stations is perfect. Apartment is very warm in summer - hopefully the fan we purchased will be available to others.

Beautiful apartment with everything you could need
This apartment is as beautiful as the photos. It is ideally located within minutes of total access to Paris. It is quiet, comfortable, and contains everything you could need. Additionally, our hostess, Mina, was thorough in her orientation, and available for any questions. We would definitely choose this location for a longer stay knowing that we would be comfortable.
This is a wonderful property, well located with the sights and restaurants of the Latin Quarter at your doorstep. Mina was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. This apartment is a good size with everything you need. It is located on the second floor with no lift ……
It was a great location! Close to many things. The apartment had what we needed for our stay. 👍 3 story walk up, we knew that, no AC, we knew that too, but we found a fan, that helped alot, warm in Paris.
What was not good, no Wifi, no help on that. Communicated that , and responce was our devices and never a problem before! We had Android and Apple products tried many times to nothing. Could have newer bath towels, and blankets. Information book could have had more info in it, for new visitors to Paris.
All in all good place to be. 👍Looked like a elevator is being installed!!👏 Would rent again.
We couldn’t be happier with our stay at this great apartment. Communications with the owners were excellent. Mina was there to greet us on arrival and took time to review everything about the apartment and the neighborhood, which was most helpful. She also steered us to where we could get Covid tested for our flight home and kindly arranged our taxi back to the airport. She was so helpful and nice! The accommodations were comfortable, stylish and clean. Good bed, great storage, ample lighting (and great natural light from windows), compact but efficient shower room and kitchen. very quiet street, tucking away but steps away from vibrant neighborhoods in an historic building which is charming. Apartment is on the second floor up some beautiful stairs - pack light - no elevator! We had a wonderful 4 day stay

Great location. Many problems.
Great location, and beautiful historic neighborhood. Problems included: (1) At arrival, the owner, Mina, told us not to contact her on weekends. We were there 10 days including two weekends. (2) One day the lift stopped abruptly between floors and we were trapped. When we were able to get out of the lift, we emailed Mina about the problem. Her response was, “Try it again.” (3) One night the lights in the apt went out. We contacted Mina. She came to the apt but couldn’t fix the problem. She said her husband could do it, but he was asleep, and she would not wake him up. The next morning the problem was corrected by the man who came to the apt to fix the intercom system. So we were without electricity for one evening and part of the next morning. (4) The toilet seat was loose and uncomfortable to use. (5) Trash can in the kitchen had to be opened manually because the foot lever was broken. (6) When we arrived, we found dirty glasses and coffee cups in the cabinets, and we had to wash them before use. (7) One morning we had to get up early because the radiators had to be assessed. Another morning we had to had to get up early so the keys and intercom system could be replaced.

Charming, cozy and a perfect location
My boyfriend and I stayed in this lovely flat a few weeks ago and couldn't have been more pleased. From the time we walked through the old doors into the 17th century building we knew we were someplace special. Two flights up into a charming flat that overlooked the quiet street, we entered into a small but lovely apartment. It was spotless and decorated with simple elegance. The large closet space was such an added bonus as we were able to store our clothes and suitcases away completely and feel like for just a short moment it was our home.
While we didn't use the kitchen much, it had all the amenities necessary for city living. The bathroom was a perfect size and the shower and water pressure was perfect.
The location was perfect for us as we did a lot of sight seeing during the day-When we weren't walking the neighborhood and ventured further, we were able to get the RER or metro right around the corner and a quick walk to the other corner to catch a taxi.
At the end of each evening it was nice to come "home" on the quiet street. The only noise we heard was the lovely sound of Mina's husband Marc playing the piano in the early evening. A gifted pianist that added to the charm of being in Paris.
Mina was a gracious and knowledgeable host.
I would recommend this flat to anyone, and would be happy to have the privilege to stay there again next time around.
I must note however, that the two flights of stairs may not be suited for everyone.
A great stay in every way! We loved the cozy apartment, the neighborhood, and our host. Mina met us when we arrived, graciously explained the workings of the appliances, heating, elevator, and internet. If there was anything we forgot, she immediately got back to us with answers to our questions. There is something to do or see within walking distance in any direction from the place. Shopping, iconic landmarks, fast food, gourmet food, groceries, transportation, it has it all. We would definitely stay here again.
The check-in was perfect. Owner explained everything we needed to know so we didn’t need to contact them through our visit. Clean, everything we needed and the location was perfect! Thank you for your hospitality.
Fantastic location, steps away from Notre Dame, Metro/RER and restaurants and bars. While it is situated on a side street, it can be a little noisy if the windows are open. Well equipped and you can’t beat the location if you want to stay in the Latin Quarter.
This was our third stay at Marc and Mina’s, and we hope to make it our little Parisian getaway. It is the perfect apartment for us—located on a quiet street in the best neighborhood (IMO), walkable to major attractions such as Louvre, Notre Dame, Orsay. There are countless restaurants, cafes, boulangeries, shops, and several groceries stores nearby. The apartment is bright, airy with large windows, comfortably furnished, and exudes Parisian charm. The walk-in shower was great with lots of hot water. The kitchen is well stocked, with Nespresso machine. WiFi worked great.Checkin was easy, and Mina was just delightful. She went over the workings of the apartment thoroughly, and welcomed us back warmly. Merci beaucoup Mina!
Nothing could be more perfect than a stay in this comfortable and cozy Parisian Apartment! Our hostess, Mina, went above and beyond to make our visit a special one. From the moment my husband and I arrived, Mina was there to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible for us. Merci, Merci, Mina! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable retreat for two. Within walking distance to the Metro, Notre Dame, bakeries, markets, and restaurants galore! A quick walk to the Metro made visiting Versailles a breeze, just take the C train. If we ever visit Paris again, this would be our choice of accomodations!
My husband and I had the most delightful stay in this quintessential Parisian apartment. The location was absolutely amazing - on a quiet street in a central and historical arrondissment. The entrance is through huge old doors - 2nd floor apartment (with elevator if needed) - felt very safe. We especially liked the hardwood floors and light from massive windows. Communication with the owners was attentive and easy - very nice people. We would recommend this apartment highly and would stay there again if we go back to Paris!
As Canadians, this apartment is what we hoped to find as a home base in Paris. The building is on a quiet street, but steps from everything. Inside, the beautiful wood floors and beam, along with the simple but elegant furnishings made it a very comfortable pied-a-terre. As it’s February and quite cold we especially appreciated the warmth when returning after a long day of walking. Equally, the quiet location made for a restful night, in a very comfortable bed. The kitchen was well equipped. Mina is a thoughtful and communicative host, greeting us on our arrival and making sure we had all we needed to ensure a wonderful week in Paris. We would recommend this property and hope to return next year!
