Located on the 1st floor accessible by stairs, the 30 m² flat is arranged as follows:

- East facing living room with lounge area (sofa bed for 2 people and TV), dining table for 4 people and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, Senseo coffee machine, etc). You have a balcony overlooking the recently renovated rue Duguesclin, where you will find all kinds of shops. Private and exclusive access to a small terrace above with the possibility to eat (outdoor table and chairs) and to hang your clothes (clothesline).

- Double bedroom with double bed, quiet, overlooking a courtyard.

- Shower room with WC, washing machine

Neighbourhood
The flat, very well located, is 2 minutes walk from the train station (TGV Rennes and Paris), in the heart of the shopping area of Vitré: pastry shop and chocolate factory Le Derf (very famous, Meilleur Ouvrier de France), jewellery, clothes, florist, small food store, cafes, restaurants...

Activities
There is of course the majestic chateau of Vitré (and its museum), its historic centre, the park garden and other monuments in the vicinity: the Château-Musée des Rochers-Sévigné and the churches of Saint Martin de Vitré and Notre-Dame.)
