Wonderful trip

My family of 4 (kids aged 4 and 1.5) just spent 10 days at Marival Emotions and had a wonderful trip. It was nice having access to the member benefits (laundry service, access to the beachfront restaraunts). The host, Darin, was a breeze to deal with prior to our arrival. We will definitely be back!

Our 13th Year

The property itself is excellent . This year we were disappointed in the lack of well-trained staff. We had waits for food in the beach restaurant. We have been spoiled in the past , I guess, by very prompt and conscientious service. Many of the new staff are not as professional as what we have always previously been accustomed to.

Sorry to hear the service was not spot on. Makes one wonder if same staffing issues are plaguing other parts of the world also. I just returned from a vacation in Cabo and the service was horrible. Glad overall your experience was still a positive one. I will relay your comments to management so they can get that figured out. In my experience, Marival has always been awesome in both the food and service departments!
