This was a really cute tidy place pool is big there is not a hot tub and no safe which expidia said there was can fare prucet from here if you not renting a car but was nice and quiet

THE PERFECT HOST AND STAY

Everything about this site is perfect; not only the beautiful natural surroundings but everything indoors too! Our host had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and carefree. Beautiful beach area, perfect pools( several in the complex), gas station across the street with its own supermarket with baguettes and pastries fresh daily from Serafina"s in nearby Marigot,pharmacy nearby, great restaurant choices too

A slice of paradise!

When you open the electric blinds of this well-situated condo to see the most picturesque view of the ocean right in front of you from your outdoor terrace, you know this is a little piece of paradise! We've stayed at the hotel across the street from the Nettlé Bay condos and always admired them; we're so happy we came back and stayed here. Right on the ocean (not really swimmable), but a great swimming pool within steps of the condo for an afternoon dip and great lounging chairs. The Baie Rouge beach is a 3-minute drive - for long walks on the beach, and Mullet Bay is a 10-minute drive. Both great beaches. We rented the beach umbrella and 2 loungers there for 30 Euros, but the next time we took the small umbrella, Tommy Bahahama beach chair (only one) and blow-up air mattress from the condo for an afternoon in the sun. There was always a breeze from the ocean blowing into the condo (at times quite strong.....hence driving to a calmer beach). We didn't use the A/C much as there was a high ceiling fan and we opened the door to the patio for a cooling, constant breeze. It is a fabulous location, only 15 mins from the airport, 15 mins to Super U grocery store to buy provisions for the week, especially large bottles of water (a necessity as all water must be desalinated on the island) and delicious French wines. The little market across the street (Cadisco) was perfect for picking up a few items, including ice cream and wine, and a morning visit to L'Express boulangerie (3 minute-walk) for breakfast croissants, pains au chocolat and fresh baguettes was THE best way to start the day. The parking lot bordered a cute pizza and pasta restaurant next door called Mezza Luna; so we did a takeaway one night. Another night, we walked 5 mins to La Cigale for a delicious, but expensive meal on the beach of the lagoon. Our concierge, Muriel, immediately responded to a couple of questions we had about the area via WhatsApp. I always wonder about the comfort of the bed, and it was very comfortable, as were the many pillows. The round-shaped mattress on the bed was large enough for my husband and I. There was a washing machine on the patio, and a dishwasher, and the shower was great. All the mod cons were there! We would definitely stay here again. Merci beaucoup.

Très bel appartement, conforme à l’annonce et très bien équipé. Propriété très bien entretenue. Idéal pour un couple Ravissante plage mais pas pour la baignade. Super resto jouxtant la résidence (mezza luna). Calme Piscine très grande et super bien entretenue Idéalement la terrasse de l’appartement pourrait être couverte tellement il y fait chaud. On y reviendra si le loueur veut de nous !

This property is set right on the beach. With beautiful views in any direction, no large beach crowds or hustle & bustle. All of the entertainment is just a short drive away. Perfect spot for rest and relaxation. Loved it!!! 😎
