This ground-floor condominium has a warm contemporary decor with elegant accents and a rich Tuscan color palette. The home has convenient access to the beach boardwalk from the back patio facing the Gulf. The living room offers a tropical queen sofa sleeper, an over-size chair, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and tiled floors. There is a dining table with seating for up to four guests. The main bedroom has designer tropical bedding and upscale contemporary furnishings. The hall bunks are built in and feature cozy neutral bedding and a top safety rail. There is one full bathroom with a shower/tub combo as well as a Jack-and-Jill half-bathroom. The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances as well as the full complement of housewares for meal preparation. You'll enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer also. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
