This one-bedroom, one full bath condo, with hall bunk beds has everything that you would ever need. Beautiful wood floors and welcoming décor will make your beach vacation complete. This unit is very accommodating, including a washer/dryer combo and fully stocked kitchen. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, and hall bunk beds for a pleasant stay for up to 5 guests. Queen size sleeper sofa that will accommodate your sleepy guests. Smart flat screen televisions are located in the bedroom and living room, which include cable. Wi-Fi is also available in the condo to stay connected to all of your smart devices.

Step out onto the private balcony for a relaxing view overlooking the pool and hot tub, surrounding scenic area, and the beautiful emerald coast containing the whitest sand and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf. Located on the balcony is a patio box that contains beach chairs and an umbrella for use during your stay!

This condo is in the middle of exciting shopping and dining. Beach access is located at Tarpon or Pompano Beach Trail, offering beach activities like banana boat or kayaking, and even parasailing.

1. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
2. Parking information: There is a limit of two parking passes per unit. No buses, trailers, or boats allowed in those spaces.
3. Guest entry instructions: This unit utilizes an E-Lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter that is changed with each guest and will be unique to the renter's last four cellphone numbers.

We loved our stay here! Everything was so clean and the location was amazing! We never felt unsafe! The gate codes kept everyone but guest out of the pool area! There were many times we felt like we had a private pool…very few people and it was throughly cleaned each morning! I would highly recommend this stay!! We will stay again!

The check in process was easy. The place was better than pictured. The only issue was that the internet password that was given and the one in the refrigerator didn’t work so I couldn’t use the internet the whole time I was there.

Nice location

We loved this location, nice view of the ocean. You have to look a little to the side of the building across the street to get the view, but it’s still great. Owner is very responsive to questions. Condo is updated and decorated nicely Our big issue is the light right outside the bedroom window— shines right through the mini blinds. I didn’t love the mattress BUT that’s a pretty subjective thing

Cute with great location but cleanliness was not the best

Super cute with view of ocean. This location was extremely convenient right across the stress from the beach. Unfortunately the first night we arrived there was tons of hairs all over the sheets/blankets. The Roku tv in the bedroom goes in and out most of the time. Other than those issues it was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay.

Our condo is in the best location, close to the beach of course, but also the shopping and dining that Destin has to offer. Destin is the World's Luckiest Fishing Village, so if you enjoy landing the big ones, this maybe your chance!

Two public beach access points located in front of Grand Caribbean East and offer water sports such as kayaking and parasailing, or if lounging is more of your speed, chairs and umbrellas are available to rent.

Our condo has a second story balcony that has views of the beach, or the pool and hot tub located right below.
