This one-bedroom, one full bath condo, with hall bunk beds has everything that you would ever need. Beautiful wood floors and welcoming décor will make your beach vacation complete. This unit is very accommodating, including a washer/dryer combo and fully stocked kitchen. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, and hall bunk beds for a pleasant stay for up to 5 guests. Queen size sleeper sofa that will accommodate your sleepy guests. Smart flat screen televisions are located in the bedroom and living room, which include cable. Wi-Fi is also available in the condo to stay connected to all of your smart devices.

Step out onto the private balcony for a relaxing view overlooking the pool and hot tub, surrounding scenic area, and the beautiful emerald coast containing the whitest sand and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf. Located on the balcony is a patio box that contains beach chairs and an umbrella for use during your stay!

This condo is in the middle of exciting shopping and dining. Beach access is located at Tarpon or Pompano Beach Trail, offering beach activities like banana boat or kayaking, and even parasailing.

1. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
2. Parking information: There is a limit of two parking passes per unit. No buses, trailers, or boats allowed in those spaces.

Nice clean condo with a short walk to a prestine white sand beach. Everything about our stay was top notch. I would highly recommend Destin as your destination for a safe relaxing vacation. We will come back again!!!

Even though there is only one bathroom, the condo is spacious and well laid out. We had a wonderful time. The beach chairs were nice to have. Would stay here again!

White sand beaches a walk across the street!

This is the perfect place to stay for a couple's getaway or a honeymoon. Your balcony faces the Gulf Coast, which you can see from your balcony and it's only a walk across the street to get to White Sand beaches and crystal clear ocean waters. We had a little trouble with the TV and we weren't able to get access to our our Netflix account or other apps but other than that, it was a very nice place to stay and we would definitely recommend it.

This place is tucked in a very popular area of Destin.It's walking distance to the beach as well as other eateries.Very clean. I was impressed on how clean the space was.There was 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. It was a little tight sometimes and we did have to share a bath which was not great. All and all a great place to stay and I would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The location is perfect—just off the beach with breathtaking balcony views of the ocean right across the street. The unit was spotless upon arrival, and we appreciated how well-maintained and comfortable it was. The amenities were excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.Another huge plus was the convenience—close to shopping and within walking distance to great restaurants, which made exploring the area effortless. See the pool (still heated for Xmas) but private. Hear the surf but not blown away by wind. Miles of walking/biking trail at your door. Every service/retail known to mankind within 5min by car.

Our condo is in the best location, close to the beach of course, but also the shopping and dining that Destin has to offer. Destin is the World's Luckiest Fishing Village, so if you enjoy landing the big ones, this maybe your chance!

Two public beach access points located in front of Grand Caribbean East and offer water sports such as kayaking and parasailing, or if lounging is more of your speed, chairs and umbrellas are available to rent.

Our condo has a second story balcony that has views of the beach, or the pool and hot tub located right below.
