Very clean and a close walk to the beach. Great location. Stores near by made shopping convenient. Easy walk to the beach, made it easy to take what I needed to the beach or a quick walk back for lunch. Very family oriented place. Very quiet at night.

Destin 2025 Vacation

We had a great time! The teens loved having the private pool access and it’s just across the street from the beach entrance. This worked out great for us! Plus there are so much to do in Destin! We will definitely be back!

Great Place

It was our 1st time taking the kids to Florida and they loved the place we stayed. When we left my 5 year old cried because he didn't want to leave our new house as he called it. It was a very short walk to the beach. Absolutely loved it.

Our stay couldn't have been better. Everything was exactly as described. We had a small hiccup upon arrival, to no fault of the owners, but it was quickly handled and did not damper our stay at all. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, and close to town for everything we needed. The owners were wonderful to work with and my kids want to come back every year!

My grandkids and I were pleased with the location. Four of us stayed comfortably. If the other three had come it would have been crowded. It was clean and nice the pool was at the back patio door. Just a short walk across the street to direct beach access

The place is nice but the beach is far to walk and need to cross the street and my son is almost hit with the car that didn’t stop when we cross the street.

Beach vibe pool vibe

This condo was well appointed and clean. The decor and condition of it shows the Tlc put into it by the owner! Perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, the kids would love the bunk beds! The condo is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit, good space, could sleep six. Vrbo's description is unclear and needs to be updated.

It was nice being right next to the pool. Our only issue with our stay was the man staying next door to us smoked on his patio. After I asked him to smoke in the smoking area in the back he continued smoking on his patio.

Great location

Condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed being on ground level and across the street from beach. Our patio opened to the heated pool, which was awesome. There was an issue with the wash machine not working, but property owner responded quickly and was working on getting it fixed. We left before it before it was fixed so we aren't able to provide update.

The location is perfect. The host was amazing. We loved this condo and the easy access to the pool. But the other guess, noise levels, underage drinking, sheer curtains in the bedroom with the well lit parking lot put a sour taste in my mouth. At one point there were 14 teenagers in the pool partying being loud and stumbling around. They even offered my daughter a drink. Then people leaving young children in the pool while they went to their condo was nerve wrecking. When I did get into the pool there were bugs and a lot of debris in the pool. People running up and down the stairs , yelling, screaming drunk parties at all hours of the night were just too much. Every time someone walked above us it sounded like a thunderstorm. This is my second time staying at this location and we loved the location and the condos, but this will likely be our last stay. There were what looked like giant water roaches that scared us to death twice. We would love to return but not with the party atmosphere or pool conditions. However the actual condo was a four star overall with being tidy and well decorated.

Excellent location to beach

We had an amazing vacation! I loved the bunk beds for my kids it was perfect for them. The rest of the condo was great too! I cooked most of our meals there and it had everything I needed. I loved that the kids could swim in the pool and I could watch them from inside the condo. The location to the beach was very close. You just had to cross the street and there was the boardwalk and beach. The only drawback was I didn’t realize that the owner would be sending a parking pass for me to print out the day before. That was an inconvenience and didn’t know I needed to do that until I was on the road and obviously no printer. The owner was nice to suggest a local print shop however they closed early so I had to beg the worker to print out for me. I would suggest sending the parking pass earlier or my husband had a great suggestion that you put the pass in the condo when the cleaning lady comes in and leave it there for when the guests arrive. Even with that little issue I would absolutely return. Wonderful place!!

Our Unit is located a short walking distance to the Beach.(Approximately 100 yards)
We chose this unit as it is centralized location makes it very convenient to all of Destin's Major attractions. We are located within 5 minutes driving time to shopping at the Destin Commons Mall; or the Silver Shells Outlet Mall.
For more fun & adventure the BIG KAHUNA Water park, as well as all the beach rentals for more water activities. And of course it is also close to all the fabulous restaurants in town!!
This unit is directly across the street from the Emerald Green Waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. It is also located on the ground floor, with a balcony that opens up to your very own private patio; directly adjacent to poolside & jacuzzi area.
The pool area is gated and exclusively for guest use only.
