Welcome to SunDestin Unit 1716! As you enter this newly renovated condo, you are welcomed by floor-to-ceiling windows that display magnificent coastal views of the white-sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico's emerald green waters. This condo has ample space for a family of four to gather and unwind. The main bedroom boasts beautiful Gulf views and a king-size bed, while the living room offers comfortable seating for the whole group, plus a sofa that converts into a double bed. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with a TV and DVD player for added entertainment.

Outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, the well-equipped kitchen features all the necessities of home to cook up delicious meals. Perch at the kitchen bar or the adjacent dining table that seats more. After dinner, take in sunset views from the spacious balcony that is accessible from the living room and the bedroom.

The beach is just steps away, with beach chair rentals available for an additional fee. SunDestin is located close to many great restaurants and shopping areas, including Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Kids will also love the nearby water park and go-kart track.

Needs improvements

The positive thing is that it has a really good AC and was cool and a good view. However, the negative part was that there were no blankets available, no safety rail in the shower and very slippery, toilet paper holder was disconnected, no extras to this property. Also, the main pool was closed. Also, the television remote in the bedroom was not working correctly. The biggest disappointment, was that there was no early check-in. There was also no one occupying this unit and it was ready. They were unable to reach the owner, and it was very disappointing. Normally we are able to get in to the room early if we are running early Everywhere I’ve been . we had a cheer competition and really needed the room. We will not be staying here again.

unit was great, construction noise going on was a little bothersome. Jacuzzi in workout facility not working, other than that, very pleasant.

Great Beachfront Views

The views were amazing but the condo needed a deep cleaning and better furnishings. The management company (Vacasa) was less than responsive. The price was extremely reasonable. Overall, a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

We had a great time at the Sun Destin resort. I reached out to Carolyn early on and she was so communicative and helpful. This property has views, amenities, and is comfortable — everything you could want! Highly recommend.
