This Recently Updated unit at Sundestin Beach Resort is located on the 12th floor and is unit number 1216. The unit will sleep 4 people very comfortably. There is one bedroom and one and a half bathrooms. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances. An iron, ironing board, hair dryer, linens, paper products and small toiletries are also provided. The Sundestin provides an indoor pool, outdoor pool and a hot tub. There is a full-service restaurant and bar located in the lobby (delivery can be arranged). Guests can enjoy beach access via boardwalk and also rent beach chairs and umbrellas and gain access to various other water-sports from the beach vendor, all located directly behind the Sundestin.

Sundestin Beach Resort is located in the heart of Destin. Its location allows you easy access to the 2000 feet of pristine white beach and all of the golf, dining and relaxing you can handle. For all you fly-boys...and girls, the Destin Airport (KDTS) is located right across the street from Sundestin. The Sundestin is an extremely inviting and relaxing place to bring your family on that much needed vacation. It is centrally located within the heart of Destin, FL and is within walking distance of everything you might need during your vacation, including department and grocery stores, local souvenir shops and countless restaurants and cafes. Big Kahuna's Waterpark and The Track are both less than 1/2 mile away and are a big hit with the younger crowd.

Beautiful unit with a great view. Beach is clean and pristine white. Close to groceries, restaurants and shopping. Building is currently going through a big renovation and the resort is like new on the completed areas. Very well decorated and stocked for cooking. We had a wonderful stay!

This was a great condo for our week at the beach. Was just like the pictures and clean. Easy access to the beach and even with the remodeling going on everything ran smoothly.

Had an amazing family vacation and was very pleased with overall experience. The only downfall is that there is a lot of construction on the resort. The washer and dryer is finicky on floor 12 and had to go to floor 11 for laundry.

Great place and location

we've stayed at this same unit multiple times and have never had any issues or problems. The owner is very helpful and quick to respond. Communicates so well and everything in the unit as shown and described. The bed is very comfy and kitchen well stocked. we always choose his place cause it never disappoints.

SunDestin Beach Resort is great!... My wife and I enjoy the elegance of the high-rise, all the comforts of home, the proximity to the beach, and the Endless Summer Grill (a full service restaurant and bar). We are unable to live in sunny Destin, FL and want to extend the opportunity for you to enjoy the many unique benefits that the property has to offer.
