The property is conveniently located right across Gulf Shore Drive from the sugar white sand beach and emerald green waters. You will surely love the amazing sunsets! The master bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen TV with DVD player, a private master bathroom, and private access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two double beds, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. There is a full, hall bath with easy access from the main area and guest bedroom. The living room has a cozy sofa, coordinating furnishings, a large flat screen TV, DVD player, access to the oversized balcony which is directly overlooking the canal side with amazing views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico also. There is an upscale fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar with bar stools, and a dining area seating a total of six. For your convenience, enjoy a private full-size washer and dryer to use during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
