The room was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect, as it was close to the beach and several other attractions. My only complaint is that the listing pictures showed a bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom, but when we arrived there was no top bunk so my kids were a little disappointed. However, there was a trundle bed and a pull out sofa so we still had plenty of sleeping options to use. Bottom line, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We are aware of the crack in the tub/shower area, and it has been professionally sealed and does not affect the use of the shower. We will absolutely address the mold you noted, and we apologize that housekeeping missed this during their cleaning. With our warm, humid coastal climate, this is something we continually monitor and will make sure receives additional attention. Regarding the balcony, we will also follow up with the Resort HOA. The patio surfaces have a special sealant, which can make certain stains difficult to remove and requires specific cleaning and maintenance methods. We appreciate your comments and are always grateful for the opportunity to address anything that helps us continue providing a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for our guests.

We loved our stay and the property was excellent. The pools were large, one kid pool was slightly heated which was very nice, the whole deck area was relaxing. The walk to the beach is a bit but easy enough and we drove many times for convenience. Free parking at the beach was ample this time of year. Would recommend!

The linen on the king size bed had stains on it, pillow cases especially. I don't think customers should have to pay an administrator or cleaning fee due to instructions given by host & cleaning list given by host. If you follow both fee should be returned. We scheduled the room & i purchased the cancelation due to Bertha

This was the perfect place to stay for our little family! When our baby needed to nap I could take her to the room and sit on the balcony watching my husband and son have fun at the pool. Great place to stay as a family! The splash pad was great for the kids.

We are a family of 5. We have a 19 year old, 11, and 10 year old. We all fit comfortably. The condo was very clean and had all kitchen essentials. Everything was organized and in excellent condition. We hope to return next year!
