Séjour impossible à oublier

Villa exceptionnelle, propreté irréprochable, il ne manque rien. Une des plus belles vue sur le golfe d'Ajaccio. Coucher de soleil magnifique. Piscine très agréable. Nous conseillons cette location sans modération.

Dans l'ensemble, agréable séjour avec très belle vue

La maison est conforme à la description de l'annonce, bien équipée (il y a même 2 frigos par rapport aux photos), propre et avec une vue dont on ne se lasse pas. Toutefois en arrivant nous avons constaté des détails qui montrent qu'elle souffre des locations et qu'un suivi s'impose pour garantir la prestation et justifier le prix de cette location (des baies coulissantes qui ne ferment pas, il faut systématiquement fermer les volets, une cuvette de toilette cassée, système d'ouverture des tiroirs de cuisine usés, frigo gris avec grille rouillée, tous les siphons de douches sont pratiquement bouchés et les écoulements sont très long, ...). A notre arrivée, nous avons dû plier les serviettes qui se trouvaient dans le sèche linge et avons attendu 3 jours que la piscine soit nettoyée car elle ne l'avait pas été avant notre arrivée ! Aussi, il faut préciser que le quartier est bruyant, dormir les fenêtres ouvertes est impensable entre les avions, la boite de nuit (pourtant pas à coté) mais surtout toutes les locations voisines et proches où selon les locataires, cela peut vite vous gâcher vos vacances car ils font la fête avec musique jusqu'à tôt le matin .... Il faut espérer que les climatisations dans les chambres sont donc entretenues car nous n'avons pas d'autres choix que de les utiliser. Dès le premier jour, le voisin de dessus nous a interpellé, il est résident à l'année, et il nous a clairement dit qu'il ne supportait plus tous les vacanciers dans les maisons voisines car il y a toujours des groupes qui font bcp de bruit toutes les nuits. Nous étions prévenus ...
