Positif: vue, immeuble ,situation. Négatif: location très mal chauffée car gérée par l 'immeuble. Batterie de cuisine très comptée et vétuste.

Grand appartement avec belle vue

Bel appartement bien placé et vue imprenable sur la mer. Il mériterait cependant d’être un peu rafraîchi et modernisé et un changement de literie dans la chambre

Vue exceptionnelle, situation très appréciable, à deux pas du centre ville. L'appartement pourrait être agréable mais il est un peu vétuste. Il demanderait à être refait à neuf, matelas y compris...

Vue magnifique

Résidence située proche du centre face à la mer avec vue magnifique dont on ne se lasse pas. Appartement spacieux, bien équipé. Un petit rafraîchissement du balcon serait la bienvenue. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
