CONCARNEAU Fisherman's House - 50 m Plage des Sables Blancs and THALASSO

Our little fisherman's house is located right in front of the white sands beach.
It is on one level.
Possibility to park the car in the courtyard of the house.

The French sailing school and Thalassotherapy are 50 meters away.

Departure from the GR 34 at 50m from the house (customs trail).

The house is 10 minutes walk from the port, city center, walled city (shops, museums) and halls.
Sunday, Monday and Friday market.

You will also find all the amenities near the house: pharmacy, bread store, café terraces facing the beach and small restaurants.

HOLIDAY CHECKS accepted.
Small dog accepted.
Bikes and baby equipment on prior request.

Die Unterkunft an sich war völlig okay. Was nicht stimmte, war die deutsche Beschreibung: direkt am Strand. Das hat bei uns vollkommen falsche Erwartungen geweckt - in der französischen Beschreibung ist es wohl prĂ€ziser, wie wir nach ausfĂŒhrlicher Kommunikation mit der Agentur festgestellt haben. Wir sind nach 3 Tagen vorzeitig abgereist.

Photos flatteuses de l'annonce, logement exigu , cour non entretenue, pas de vue, toitures en soupente, miroir trop bas de la salle de bain pour la taille de monsieur , poubelles des prédécesseurs non vidées à l'arrivée, ce n'est pas à nous de le faire, prises de courant "bidouillées" baie de cuisine condamnée, on ne peut pas l'ouvrir. Plage en pleine ville peu attrayante. TrÚs déçus.

Strandnahes, gut ausgestattetes Objekt mit Parkplatz. Die Sauberkeit war etwas oberflÀchlich und die Matratze im Elternzimmer war etwas durchgelegen. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Und hat die Zeit gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, man kann zu Fuß alles( Strand, Altstadt, Restaurants) erreichen. Damit ist es aber auch nicht so ruhig, alles geht eben nicht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam und bemĂŒht.

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus, bestens geeignet fĂŒr 2 Personen. Etwas problematisch das Parken

Ruhige Lage, nicht weit zum Strand, aber kein Meerblick. 1 Bar und ein Restaurant in unmittelbarer NĂ€he, nicht störend. GewĂŒnscht hĂ€tten wir uns zwei Gartenliegen oder bequeme GarzenstĂŒhle.
