The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Maarten 407 have been tastefully decorated with an upscale coastal theme. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beachfront, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The spacious beachfront balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.

The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beachfront balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and a granite double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The first guest bedroom also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a full bed, a full over full bunk bed, and a flat-screen TV. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Great Condo with Top Notch Property

We love the unit. It is well decorated and had most everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Silver Shells is an awesome complex with top notch amenities. With a great workout facility, pool and even a Ruth Chris Steakhouse on property, you can't beat this place!

Beautiful condo!

The pictures don’t do it this place justice! We booked this property for our family vacation and it was perfect! Breathtaking views, amazing beach service that comes with the rental and great location. High end appliances and everything you need to make meals at home if needed. We hope to visit here again.

Great location, could use some updates

We had a great time- the location and views from this unit are beautiful! Beach and pool access was very easy! However, the unit itself could use some updates- the living room furniture was worn/ripping, the bunk bed was wobbly and frame starting split (maintenance came quickly to fix it, but it was still wobbly and probably should be replaced to avoid future accidents), the walls had a lot of scuffs/chips, the freezer door was about to break, the slider door in master bedroom to the balcony didn’t work, etc.
