A beautiful 180 m² village home, fully renovated and designed in an industrial loft style, located in the heart of Mollans-sur-Ouvèze, a peaceful medieval village in Drôme Provençale. This spacious home features an entryway/office, a laundry room with a sink area and a toilet (equipped with a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, ironing board, and cleaning and maintenance supplies), a kitchen (fully equipped for your comfort) that opens onto the living room/beautiful dining area, a pleasant and unique living room (2 sofas, 2 armchairs, flat-screen TV), 3 bedrooms (2 with 160 x 200 beds and 1 with either a 160 x 200 bed or 2 80 x 200 beds), a bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, toilet), and a 45 m² suspended terrace. The village of Mollans-sur-Ouvèze, known as the “village of twelve fountains,” is ideally located 10 minutes from Vaison-La-Romaine, 10 minutes from Buis-les-Baronnies, and 20 minutes from Nyons, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, within the Baronnies Provençales Regional Park. Its many cobblestone streets and medieval alleyways will lead you to the 12th-century castle. Shops within walking distance: Bakeries, butcher shop, mini-market, bars, restaurants, organic supermarket, etc. Activities available: Hiking, biking, visiting historic sites, swimming in the Toulourenc Gorges, rock climbing, etc.
