After a fun-filled day hang out on the deck with your family and friends, relax in the hub tub, or stay inside and enjoy a foosball game.
This cabin is located in the highly popular Alpine Mountain Village resort featuring two swimming pools, picnic shelter, wedding chapel, and walking trails.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms for plenty of room for you to spread out. Game room, full kitchen and plenty of deck space to enjoy while you enjoy all the Smoky's have to offer. If you are booking for more than 6 people please let us know!

This house is located right next to one of the two community pools for easy access.

Our favorite activities for families are Dixie Stampede, Dollywood, and the Junior Ranger program with the National Park. Plus the excellent fishing and hiking!

We provide your first needed items such as laundry soap, dish soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. Depending on use you may want to buy some from the grocery store.

There are approximately 19 stairs leading up to the house that are required to climb in order to reach the front door.

Once inside, the master/king suite is upstairs. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor.

If you plan to party do not book this cabin. It is our home and you must treat it with respect.

The fireplace is off from late March until mid October.

Parking: There are two parking spots and the community does not allow parking of oversized trailers, boats, etc.

Access: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code the day before arrival.

Outdoor grill: A gas grill is provided for your use. Please make sure to turn off the propane and use the cleaning brush on the grate. Return the cover after use.

Animals: There are animals AND bears in the area. If you encounter a bear or another animal do not feed or try to approach them.

Trash: Please place all trash in the bear/animal proof trash can outside the cabin. Be aware that trash not in trash can will attract animals of all sizes!

Guest booking the property needs to be 25 years of age or older and sign a rental agreement. The link will be provided after booking.

Check-in time is 4PM and Check-out time is 10:00. We do not offer early check-in or late check-out.

If you plan to party do not book this cabin. It is our home and you must treat it with respect.

There are security cameras on the exterior of the property for your safety. One is located at the front door.

This is a NON SMOKING cabin. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $500, plus the increase in cleaning fee, plus any damages.

The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. No children under the age of 18 permitted at anytime without adult supervision. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500 and you will be asked to leave.

Absolutely NO fires outside of the fireplace! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $200 plus damages.

Do NOT lean or hang on the railings.
