Petite terrasse de 10 M2 à l'arrière, solarium sur le dessus. Appartement situé au deuxième et dernier étage d'une maison. Pas d'ascenseur.
Cet appartement est vraiment bien placé car en 1 ère ligne sur la mer dans le quartier Bonneveine le plus recherché de Marseille prés la Pointe Rouge.
Tout équipé avec linge de bain et literie neuve.
Four et Micro ondes, machines à laver la vaisselle et le linge avec sèche linge, table induction , hotte etc.
TV / Wifi. 4G passe trés bien.
Climatisation Airzone/ bizone.
Clubs de voile, Kite, plongée, juste à coté. restaurants et bars et commerces tout à pied.
25 mn de la Gare Saint Charles par Metro et Bus 19.

Great location close to the beach and city

We stayed in this apartment in March '24 and very much enjoyed the central location and proximity to the beach. We loved the view from the living room and our kids enjoyed the toys that are available. The kitchen was good with basic equipment.

Views of the harbor were wonderful. Place was clean with adequate kitchen, comfortable beds and a unique back porch with roof access. Neighborhood has fair number of restaurants and pubs. Groceries were more of a challenge. Street noise could be loud in evening but never kept us awake. Metal shades helped keep out noise. The building is not young. Steep, circular stairway up two flights would be tricky for some. Some furniture and outlets in the unit showing their age and could benefit from updates. Access to beach, water sports, skate park, park with playground very close. Bus line runs right by the place for easy access to harbor area. Overall very nice.

Everything was as expected. Benoit communicated exceptionally well. We had a leak in the bathroom faucet which he hired a plumber on a Sunday to fix. He left plenty of instructions and the property has a stunning view of the Mediterranean. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the #19 bus stop is a half block away. So, very easy to get around Marseille. Other people have commented on the noise, which we also found to be true. The main boulevard is right below and sometimes cars and motorcycles rev their engines. But that was minor in our opinion. The view of the park and sea made up for it all. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing flat — we enjoyed our stay with kids in spring pre season

Travelling by train from Germany, the flat was easy to reach from the station and perfectly situated for trips in ever direction. The flat itself was exactly as depicted on the internet portal and very clean & cosy. The kids loved their own rooms and given toys just as the big lawn + sunset right on front of the building. We would definitively come back and recommend this place! The only downer: the extremely loud motorbikes on the road in front of the house do not obey (hopefully existing) speed rules, nor humane volume limits. (Of course, this is not the fault of the beautiful flat ...)

Appartement très bien situé avec une très belle vue mer

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans l’appartement qui a une magnifique vue mer. L’appartement est spacieux et plutôt bien équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la chambre d’enfant avec les jouets. Petit bémol l’appartement est au deuxième étage sans ascenseur et l’avenue Pierre Mendes France est très passante ce qui génère du bruit. Enfin, le ménage était un peu rapide selon moi. Ça reste un appartement sympathique mais un peu cher au vue du confort.

Un vrai cocon

Très bon séjour chez Benoit. L’appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et cosy. Et en plus il a l’âme de Marseille avec une belle vue mer! Petit plus pour les jeux/ jouets pour enfants (petits et grands) qui ont ravi les notres. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir très vite!

Hôte désagréable, appartement joli

L’appartement est très agréable malgré le fait que l’une des deux chambres doubles soient sur la route qui est très passante et que cela soit bruyant toute la nuit. Bel emplacement face à la mer. J’ai trouvé notre hôte particulièrement désagréable lors de nos échanges, à ne pas daigner écrire de vraies phrases et être tout à fait exigeant, en donnant des ordres beaucoup plus que d’engager une discussion ou bien même d’entre gentil ou accueillant. Cela est dommage car rien ne vous force, si cela vous dérange de recevoir des gens chez vous, de louer votre appartement que une telle plateforme.

Difficile de répondre à un tel déversement de critiques... C'est bien la première fois depuis que je loue que j'entends cela mais bon il faut de tout pour faire un monde. D'abord, il suffit de répondre aux questions posés par email, ensuite ce que vous appelez exigences s'appelle un règlement intérieur, rien de plus. D'autant plus que nous ne sommes pas rencontré. Vous m'avez demandé une faveur que j'ai acceptée, vous n'avez pas la reconnaissance du ventre, dommage. Bien à vous.

Excellent séjour

Bel emplacement pour cet appartement climatisé face à la mer. Les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques. La terrasse à l’arrière est bien agréable. Les personnes sensibles au bruit penseront à la circulation auto assez dense. L’équipement vaisselle est un peu à completer. L’immeuble est ancien mais l’appartement a été bien rénové avec quelques points en cours d’achèvement.
