Ideally located next to Emeraude between Saint-Malo at 12km and Dinan at 15km, this gîte in a farmhouse completely renovated in 2019 overlooks the Rance at 200m. Comfortably arranged and equipped for your family stays, you will enjoy a spacious living space and a garden with lawn, a south-facing terrace and the immediate proximity of the footpaths along the Rance. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberfamilie. Im Hinblick auf seine ruhige Lage, Größe, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit lässt das Ferienhaus kaum Wünsche offen. Lediglich das Sofa könnte etwas mehr Sitzkomfort bieten. Ich empfehle das Haus guten Gewissens weiter.
