Ski Chalet

If you're coming to ski, this is the place! Minutes to the slopes and a free shuttle at the front door. Amazing views as well. We watched hot-air balloons take off across the valley as we sipped coffee every morning. Great place!

We stayed at this property for the balloon rodeo and could not have had better views of the hot air balloons. Condo was easy to get to, close to village amenities and downtown Steamboat. Highly recommend

Great View

Need to do something with the 2 lower bedrooms as far as the window treatments go. The parking lot is well lit and the light shinning in makes it feel like 10 am at 11 pm. Some black out curtains are needed.

Great location, difficult parking

We enjoyed our stay here. The location makes it easy to get to the mountain. Shuttle (Orange line) comes quick. The view of the valley is awesome!! Though some guests said the beds weren’t the most comfortable. Parking was also very difficult and got full very early on the weekends and there is no walkable public lot nearby. Rental comes with 1 spot. Host is ‘Vacasa of Colorado’ which was slow (if all) to respond to questions. We would stay again given location, hottub and space, and price!

Great place!

Suggestions. The sofa and the chair in the living room have seen a lot of love and showing a lot of wear and tear. When lying in the king bed upstairs the left-hand side socket next to the nightstand does not work at all, in the bedroom with the queen bed the closet door needs adjustments. Couple other suggestions get a couple decent chairs for the deck instead of just plastic stuff, maybe buy a lamp or two that has chargers built-in for recharging phones etc., before someone comes turn on all the fans as this place was very hot when we came. Best part, loved the views Another suggestion if there’s construction going on be upfront with those renting like the painting people we knew nothing about it and they were very noisy. Having a sign that says sorry for the inconvenience when we get here not cool. Beds are comfortable it’s clean and we enjoyed our stay. Sliding glass door needs adjustment as it will not properly lock and close. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay it was convenient to go to the places we wanted to go and comfy and great views and spectacular sunsets!

Clean, quiet, gorgeous view!

My husband, daughter, and I made this condo our home base for my husband's Run Rabbit Run event. We could have easily fit another couple in with us...spacious property with a bathroom for every bedroom. The view was breathtaking. It wasn't a problem, but I am adding for other vrbo'ers: the kitchen was not stocked with any cooking staples or spices like we've seen in other properties. If you bring your own though, everything else you'll need is there!

Family ski house

Nice condo with 3 bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. Property was clean and everything was working well. Shuttle is required to get to the ski area and few times we had issues with waiting over 30min for the shuttle to arrive. Overall, I would recommend again for a family spending time in Steamboat

Lovely home with a few issues

The home was lovely, cozy and very comfortable with everything we needed. We appreciated all the toiletries being included as well as laundry detergent and dish washing soap. The home is so spacious and views from the top level unit was amazing. We had a lot of trouble finding the unit. The address listed for this particular unit is incorrect. It was only a building over but trying to find the unit after dark in the cold was very hard. Additionally, we were told the unit would include the key to the laundry amenities. However, there was no key to be found in the unit. We contacted the property manager who informed us they did not have a copy and diverted us to the building HOA. The HOA stated the owner should have left a key but they were able to loan us a copy. However, we had to go pick up the key and then return it afterwards to the HOA office which was an added hassle. If these few errors are corrected, that would make the stay perfect.
