LUXURY Three Bedroom and Three Full Bath Penthouse Condo in downtown Steamboat Springs with deck views of Buffalo Pass, the Continental Divide, Mount Werner and the ski mountain. Quality finishes, professionally decorated, this property features a contemporary interior with all of the modern amenities you would expect with a premier property. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for creating an extensive meal. In the living room there are hardwood floors, a large flat screen television and gas fireplace. The private snow melt balcony has a dining table and chairs for 6, conversational seating for 4 along with magnificent views of the Steamboat Ski Area. The primary bedroom comes with a King size bed, flat screen TV, a fireplace along with a steam shower in the ensuite bathroom. You can also find comfort in the Second Primary bedroom complete with a king size bed, a TV and ensuite bath. The third bedroom holds two twin beds and the NEW sleeper sofa in the living area completes the slumber choices. A Pack N Play is also available upon request for the little ones in the group.

As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.
Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).
We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
