The full kitchen is waiting to help you turn out a delicious meal with plenty of terrific and appliances. The all-wood dining area will make tonight's dinner party an elegant affair with a dining table. You'll even have a grill on the private balcony to host a summer barbecue with friends and family.

Steamboat Ski Resort is right next to this ski-in/out home with runs like Lower Valley View, See Me, and See Ya for the group experts, and Lil' Rodeo and Stampede for the beginners. Want an après-ski meal? Visit some of the local restaurants to sample some delicious local fare.

THINGS TO KNOW
The outdoor pool complex, including the hot tubs, will be under construction from April 10, 2023, until July 2023 and will not be available during that time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Clubhouse amenities will be available for use within the following hours: Hot Tub & Pool facilities will be open from 10 am to 8 pm, Gym facilities will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm, and our Clubhouse Game Room will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm.
This is a multi-level property without elevator access.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Ski shuttle details: There is a shuttle available during winter season.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
