Fabulous Stay

The villa was all we hoped for and more. We had a relaxing time in such a beautiful property in a truly stunning location. The photographs look amazing and when you arrive you will certainly not be disappointed. The pool just invites you in and the villa is the perfect place to relax, We were so impressed that we will definitely visit again soon. Thank you so much.

Super séjour, très bel emplacement et maison très agréable

L’emplacement et la vue sont incroyables. La maison est confortable. Et domine une magnifique plage qui n’est pas trop fréquentée. Toutefois, la troisième chambre est petite et non climatisée. Il manquait quelques équipements que la housekeeper s’est empressée de nous apporter. Un grand merci à elle pour son aide et son amabilité. Très beau sejour

Fantastisch verblij

De ligging van het huis is fantastisch. Op loopafstand (7 minuten) van een prachtig strand. We hebben een boot gehuurd op ditzelfde strand en een middag de kust vanaf het water gezien. Het huis heeft in alle kamers een goed werkende airco. De inrichting is wat sober maar je leeft buiten. De tuin is prachtig, er zijn genoeg schaduwplekken (een ruim overdekt terras) maar je kan ook lekker in de zon liggen bij het zwembad op 1 van de ligbedden. Na het zwemmen is er een heerlijke buitendouche (met in de avond een leuk lichteffect) Vanuit het huis heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de baai. Het pad naar het huis toe is onverhard maar hier wen je aan na een paar dagen. Er zijn geen grote plaatsen in de omgeving maar gelukkig kan je in het supermarktje in Torre delle Stelle alle boodschappen halen. Wij hebben een prachtige week gehad! Nog 1 tip voor de eigenaar: Iets meer glazen en bestek zou handig zijn, nu draaiden we vaak een halfvolle vaatwasser, zonde van de energie.

Beautiful views

Lovely, traditional style villa with lovely garden, private pool and stunning sea views. 10-15 minute walk to supermarket and restaurant with other amenities a short drive away. Communication was excellent both before and during the holiday.

Wunderschön und ruhig

Das Haus in leicht erhöhter Lage bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht. In vollkommener Ruhe kann man einen erholsamen Urlaub genießen. Gloria als Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie gibt auch wertvolle Tipps für alle möglichen Belange. Danke Gloria! Belle villa avec très belle vue sur la mer

Très bon accueil de Gloria dans la villa qui est très bien équipée avec une magnifique vue proche d'une très belle plage de sable (5 min à pied). Bonne literie, cuisine bien équipée, climatisation qui fonctionne très bien et silencieuse. On entend un peu la route de corniche qui passe derrière la maison quand on est dans le jardin mais traffic limité pendant notre séjour.

Traumhaft schön

Glorias Villa liegt traumhaft schön oberhalb einer sandigen Sandbucht, die fußläufig schnell zu erreichen ist. Mit der Dachterrasse hat man ebenso wie aus dem Gartenbereich einen fantastischen Blick auf die Bucht und das Mittelmeer. Mit Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen und von der Morgensonne bis zum Sonnenuntergang umgeben. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Vielen Dank.

Great house near a lovely sandy beach

We loved our one week at the property, kids loved the pool that was warm enough. Although the pool depth is odd - on one side 0.9m, great for small kids, on other side 2,0m too deep even for adults. There was a really steep transition so I was always worried about kids being there. We preferred the sandy beach which is 6 min walk from the house. Nice, not crowded, with trees that made some shadow for us. House has a nice layout and is functional, air-con works great most of the time, the problem is that the living room has large windows through which afternoon sun warms the room making it useless until the evening. Some mosquitoes but not too bad. Good kitchen and backyard dining area that comes handy for breakfast and lunch, in the evening mosquitoes prevented more relaxed stay there.

A villa with a view!

The location of this villa is idyllic. Spectacular views and relatively secluded. It works perfectly for 5 people. Gloria and her father are extremely responsive . Overall a lovely stay.

Traumschönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus, der Pool und der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer sind wunderschön. Der nächste Strand ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und war einer der schönsten Strände die wir besucht haben. Gloria war vor und während des Aufenthaltes super nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben! Wir würden sofort wieder in diesem Haus Urlaub machen.

Sehr schönes Objekt mit grandiosem Meerblick Gut eingerichtete Küche und sehr schöne überdachte Terrasse mit stabilem Tisch und extra Loungemöbeln ( Couch und 2 Stühle) . Pool sehr schön und gepflegt mit Schattenecke und 6 Liegen). Kurzer Weg zum Meer (Sandstrand). Einziger Minuspunkt das eine Zimmer mit geteiltem Bad hat sehr weiche und zu kurze Betten (ab 180 stehen die Füße über:-)) Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert mit super Service duch Gloria (Maklerin). Wir waren 1 Woche mit 5 Personen da. Grüße und Dank Ulli

Dans l'ensemble c'est une adresse que nous pouvons sans autre conseiller! La propriétaire, d'une grande gentillesse et disponibilité, nous a grandement facilité le séjour! Nous avons pu, malgré nous, séjourner dans 2 villas différentes! Les 2 bien situées et équipées mais chacune avec quelques petits défauts mais de loin pas insurmontables. Lovely sized villa with amazing views of the bay

The villa is in a great location in Torre Della Steller, you can walk to a lovely beach in 10 mins and it’s about 15 mins walk to the supermarket which had everything you'd need. The villa has two air conditioned bedrooms, one en-suite. There was an issue with both air con units during our stay, they worked but dripped water on the beds so that needs fixing, otherwise the bedrooms are fine with opening doors onto the garden and fly screens The kitchen is well appointed and their is a dining table with great views off the bay. The outside area next to the kitchen was covered but we decided not to use it in the end due to the high number mosquitoes. However we took the outdoor lounge furniture upstairs and enjoyed amazing sunsets every evening. The pool was a reasonable size and the patio area perfectly set up. I would say that the villa is a great option when it’s sunny warm weather, the lounge inside is a bit restrictive if you have wet weather, as there is little relaxing space. We never used the TV and the WiFi was a bit hit and miss. There is undercover parking for one car. Overall a nice villa, they need to just fix the issues with the air con and WiFi and perhaps provide a more set up roof terrace as they would be a major plus to this property.

Great stay

The villa has 3 great and relatively separated outdoor areas: a dining area with a great view; the pretty pool with a similar view, connected to the dining area by the garden at the front and a patio at the back; and a huge terrace on the top of the house with an even better view. The pool is cleaned 3/4 times per week that is great, especially with small kids. The inside is functional but fully equipped. A great selling point is that the closest beach is easily reachable with a 5 min walk and is very beautiful - with white sand and very clear water - and relatively long. Surprisingly, in July it was never too busy, especially on the side closest to the villa, apart from Sundays as expected. There are a couple of decent bars on the beach. Many other beach options are relatively close by car, The nearest supermarket is small but offers everything one may want.

Wonderful stay

We have stayed 10 days at the Villa Smeralda in October 2017 with grandparents and 2 small children (aged 4 and 6 years). We have had an amazing week. Gloria has been a perfect host both before (for info) and during our vacation. The access to the villa is not easy in the last kilometers, but one gets rewarded once staying at the villa. The view is very nice and the house quiet. We could hear some noise when at the pool from the main road located behind the house, but it is not often / loud (plus one cannot be seen for the road). The location is very convenient (beach/local supermarket). It is to note that the local supermarket is quite small but one can do the groceries in Cagliari or Villasimius. I would recommend this villa without hesitation for families looking for a relaxing and quiet vacation. Thank you again Gloria for this amazing stay!

Traumhafte Ferien auf Sardinien

Unsere Vorstellungen von unseren Sommerferien auf Sardinien wurden dank des tollen Hauses mit Pool und grossem Garten sowie der hervorragenden Betreuung vor Ort gänzlich erfüllt. Die Bilder welche auf dem Internet zu finden sind entsprechen tatsächlich den Bildern vor Ort. Das Haus war sehr sauber und verfügt über alles was man im Alltag braucht. Die Nähe zum Sandstrand war für uns als Familie mit kleinen Kindern ideal. Im Ort hat es einen guten Supermarkt, anderweitig hat der Ort nicht viel zu bieten. Da wir erholsame Ferien mit der Familie und Freunden verbringen wollten, war dies für uns auch nicht wichtig. Die Betreuung durch Gloria war sehr zuvorkommend und all unsere Fragen und Wünschen wurden innert kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Vielen Dank!

Beautiful villa, amazing views

My family and I (4 adults) stayed in Villa Smeralda for a week, and we were very happy with our choice. Following a forty-five-minute drive from Cagliari airport in a rented car (sat nav recommended), we arrived at Torre delle Stelle - a small village with its own free, high-quality tennis court, two large restaurants and two supermarkets. Gloria greeted us upon our arrival and showed us round the beautiful villa. There was enough room for the four of us, and plenty of room outside to relax. The BBQ worked perfectly and there was charcoal provided. There were plenty of other extras too, such as badminton rackets and pool games, a library of books of all languages for all ages, a DVD player, an ironing board and iron, a hairdryer and plenty of towels, toilet rolls and cleaning products! We contacted Gloria a couple of times during our stay, and she was more than happy to help with our enquiries and went out of her way to assist us in any way she could. She was the ideal host and very knowledgeable. The pool was cleaned twice a week, and it also turned different colours in the evenings which created a lovely ambience. And the views were amazing, especially from the huge roof space. Despite being October, we could see the sun from 08.00 - sunset (around 18.30). As it was the end of the tourist season when we stayed, the beaches weren't crowded and there was always a table at the restaurants without booking. The only negative I had regarded the roads. As the villa is in the mountains, the dirt roads in the village were rather uneven in places which made journeys to and from the villa rather bumpy. And the main roads to nearby towns/villages are coastal, so were quite bendy (and nauseous taken at speed!) and took a while to get anywhere. There are also a number of steps up to the villa from the road, so it isn't ideal for disabled visitors. Our favourite places to visit nearby included the beach at Salonas (where it was warm enough for a swim) and looking around Villasimius, with its vibrant nightlife and lovely harbour. We wanted a nice, relaxing week away from the hustle and bustle, and we certainly got one. Would recommend it to others looking to visit Sardinia.

Le logement est très beau, bien conçu et agréable pour 6, soit 4 adultes et 2 adolescents. La propriétaire est trés agréable et serviable, trouve une solution à chaque problème. Trés belke vue, jardin magnifique ! Trés beau séjour !!
