Great location and superb host

Beautiful Villa at Cala Catarina, Villasimius

Lovingly furnished house with a beautifully landscaped garden and a great pool. The view, the immediate proximity to the sea, and the dreamlike beaches of Villasimius guarantee a high relaxation factor. Many thanks to the good host Sandro. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

Excellent place for a couple of weeks with our 3 year old boy, whom absolutely loved the combination of the pool and the beach just 200m down the little path from the property to Cala Caterina. The house and surroundings are of absolute beauty and great comfort, with everything you need. Finally Sandro is a super host, always available, reactive, friendly and very caring. Would return with our eyes shut.

Brilliant holiday

We spent a week at this villa and couldn’t have asked for a better trip. The villa was spotless, designed to a high spec and the pool was brilliant for the kids with deep water so they could play properly. The garden is beautifully landscaped making it a lovely place to relax. The beach that is 2 minutes walk has brilliant snorkelling for young kids. There is a good array of local restaurants a small drive away and a local marina with well priced boat trips. There is also a larger beach nearby with stunning sand and clear water.

The perfect villa?

What an amazing stay. This could be the perfect villa, and is definitely the best we have stayed in as a family of 3. As others have mentioned the pictures do not do this beautiful property full justice. Everything about it is fantastic, including the amazing sea view which is not immediately obvious from the pictures. The location is excellent, with a small beach a short walk down a path leading from the property, plus some of the best beaches in Sardinia (and possibly the world) a short drive away. Sandro was a fantastic host - such a nice guy, very responsive to messages and nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Erholsamer Urlaub in wunderschönem Ferienhaus

Wir haben in Sandros Ferienhaus einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Ferienhaus entspricht dem Inserat und den Fotos. Der Empfang und der Checkout liefen reibungslos, die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war stets schnell und alle Fragen wurden beantwortet. Wir können Sandros Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen! Für uns gabs lediglich einen kleinen Minus-Punkt (welcher jedoch nicht in Sandros Verantwortung liegt), es gibt ein Hotel direkt nebenan, dass jeden Abend bis um/nach 23.00h Livemusik hat und jeden Morgen zwischen 07.30 und 09.00 wird der Glascontainer vom Hotel geleert. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man nichts, wer jedoch gerne mit offenen Fenstern schläft benötigt evt. 2-3 Tage um sich an diese Geräusche zu gewöhnen. Ein herzliches Danke an Sandro für die Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Urlaub den wir in Deinem Haus verbringen durften!

Traumurlaub

Wir fühlten uns alle sehr wohl in diesem tollen Haus. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Garten & der Pool ist sehr grosszügig und gepflegt. Die Lage ist sensationell,man erreicht einige wunderschöne Strände & Buchten zu Fuss. DANKE an den tollen Gastgeber Sandro,er war sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation verlief sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!!

Traumhafte Entspannung

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Sandro mit sardischen Süßigkeiten empfangen. Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum und vom ersten Moment an total entspannend. Der Strand ist in zwei Minuten zu erreichen, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nicht weit entfernt (5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Hafen). Der Pool ist wunderbar und abends beleuchtet. Das Haus und auch der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Einmal wöchentlich kommt der Gärtner, und zweimal Antonio der Poolmann. Wir waren mit einem kleinen Hund unterwegs, dadurch war es super, dass das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Sandro war auch während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen zum Erholen und Entspannen!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Sandro mit leckeren italienischen Köstlichkeiten in seiner schönen Villa empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Der Garten ist traumhaft schön mit einem großen Pool, zwei warmen Außenduschen, einer Küche, zahlreichen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und dem Blick aufs Meer. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Kontakt mit Sandro hat bestens geklappt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Das war einfach nur grandios!!!

Die Ferien in Villasimius waren grossartig. Das Haus hatte alles was man sich für erholsame Ferien wünschen kann. Der Pool das Ambiente und der Ort, einfach super. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Übergabe hat wunderbar geklappt. Das auffinden des Hauses war selbst mit einem Navi nicht ganz einfach. Aber am Schluss hat es doch noch geklappt. Ich werde bestimmt wieder dort Ferien machen. Vielen Dank Sandro

Un séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé des vacances exceptionnelles dans la villa de Sandro. La maison est conforme à la description de l’annonce. Elle est Bien équipée, propre, le jardin est paradisiaque, et la plage à proximité (200 pas!!) est sublime. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Un paradis au Sud de la Sardaigne

Propriété idéalement située, proche de plusieurs magnifiques plages. Jardin idyllique avec piscine et espaces de vie extérieurs très bien aménagés. Maison confortable et bien équipée. Excellente adresse et merci à Sandro pour ses bons conseils et son accueil!

Traumhaftes Haus in bester Lange

Super schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage. Perfekt mit Kleinkindern und Familie. Sehr kinderfreundlicher Strand in 100m Entfernung und 2 weitere super schöne Strände in Laufweite. Das Haus hat alles was man zum entspannen braucht und ist mit Liebe gepflegt. Wir kommen wieder. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei.

Schönes Haus mit wundervollem Gartenanlage

Der Garten mit dem Pool ist top und gut Unterhalten. Es sieht alles sehr gepflegt aus. Die Aussenduschen sind sehr praktisch, da es nur ein Bad hat. Ausserdem gibt es eine praktische Aussenküche und die Geräte funktionieren gut. Auch das Wi-Fi ist leistungsfähig. Wirklich sehr schön und zu Empfehlen.

Great moments

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. The outside areas are just perfect to spend time with the family. The location is very nice, just a few minutes drive from Villasimìus and 100m from the beach! Sandro and Luisella are lovely and have good advise for the area. Thank you!
