One-half mile from the base of Steamboat Ski Resort, this private townhome comfortably accommodates your large group with four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and abundant entertaining space. Just steps from the front door, the free bus service can transport guests to the gondola or downtown with pickups every 15 min. We are one of the first stops on the route, so no waiting because the bus is full! The house provides parking for three vehicles with an oversized two-car garage, space for all your gear, and an additional dedicated off street space.

**CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund if your stay is cancelled 30 or more days before the start of the stay. 50% refund if your stay is cancelled 14 or more days before the start of the stay.**

**A $150 Property Fee is collected to ensure compliance with House Rules; and is fully refundable after check-out. The fee will be retained (fully or partially) for Hot Tub misuse/abuse or Excessive Wear & Tear not covered by the Damage Deposit/Damage Protection.**

Relax at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac, on the private back patio, or in the private hot tub, brand new as of April 2021. Entertain your extended family and friends in the expansive living and dining rooms, and rest easy with the peace and quiet of all four bedrooms on the second and third floors. The second floor includes the expansive master suite with king-size bed, an oversized walk-in closet, and spacious 5-piece ensuite bath with Jacuzzi tub, his and hers vanities, and large walk-in shower. The master also provides a private balcony off the back of the house overlooking a seasonal creek frequented by the local wildlife. Additionally, the second floor houses the second (king) and third (queen) bedrooms with abundant closet space, laundry room, and another 3-piece bath with a large walk-in shower.

The third floor provides the fourth private bedroom with two queen beds and ensuite bath. A second living room and twin-over-full bunk is available on the third floor as well-perfect for the kids!

The home is stocked with all your household needs: high-quality sheets and towels, bathroom products, laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, tissues, etc.

The property is cleaned, sanitized & disinfected before guests check-in with products proven to eliminate viruses & bacteria. All linens are laundered at an offsite facility that meets commercial standards. All housekeeping processes meet and exceed CDC cleaning guidelines.
