Timber Run 416 is a spacious two-bedroom condo. The suite features a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area with a large table. The living area has comfortable furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, and access to the private patio, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. The home has two TVs (living room and main bedroom), a DVD player, and free WiFi for your enjoyment. The main bedroom features a newly remodeled attached bathroom.

We loved our stay! The home was perfectly comfortable for us, our 18 month old daughter, and our friends. The kitchen is well-equipped although I would bring ziploc bags and cooking oil with you. The heated pool was a treat, our daughter could have stayed in for hours!

Staying at timber run was as easy as it comes with the shuttle to and from the mountain. A little overpriced imo as 2 people had to sleep on an uncomfortable pullout couch, but that’s just part of a ski town vacation I guess.

Comfortable, convenient and clean

Our condo unit was very comfortable and clean. The proximity to the ski resort and the shuttle service was very convenient. Very walkable location. We had one small problem that was resolved promptly by the maintenance department. Communication was excellent before, during and after our trip. I would definitely choose this resort again.

The unit was roomy and had all the amenities we needed. It’s a bit older with a few quirks -heating controls in each room, coffee carafe doesn’t fit coffee maker and many electric outlets need replacing. Windows give excellent light during the day with views of ski hill. community hot tubs nice and easily accessible.

Location was great! Overall we enjoyed our stay. The club house, hot tub and sauna were very close to the unit which was convenient. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I do have 2 recommendations 1. There seemed to be something wrong with the heat. It was super hot, even when we turned down the heat 2. The floor was REALLY creaky. Fix those 2 things and you would have 5 stars.

Cozy, comfy, condo

The condo was great for a week of skiing, it had everything we needed! The shuttle to the base was hard to find so get that figured out straight away. It comes to the clubhouse which we couldn’t find and we ended up on the wrong shuttle all week until we figured out it wasn’t the right shuttle because you needed wristbands and we didn’t have any. Whoops.

Overall, property was just as listed. It is a little dated, but in decent shape. Was able to get in direct contact with mgt company via text and phone and that was a plus. Cleanliness of place could have been better. Not overall bad, but there was a big footprint on the LR floor that we noticed as soon as we walked in and there were stains on the sheets in the extra bedroom. Floor in hall was a bit squeaky and could use fixing.

Nice location with a free shuttle to the slopes. Plenty of room with a view of Thunderhead lodge. The condo is on the first floor with a nice short path to the pool and hot tubs. The only downside is there is not too much close by for food and with limited delivery options you will want to make a run to the store right away.

SBT GRVL trip

This was a great place to stay. We were in town for the SBT GRVL bike race. The property was clean and just right for the four of us. Next time I might stay a little closer to town, but otherwise it was perfect.

Had all we need, I was surprised by the nice view of the mountain, considering that condo is on the 1st floor. Fire place need tuning or something because fire is not noticeable, only gives out the heat. But other than that everything was great!

The condo had everything that we needed. It is an easy walk to the slopes, great warm pool, hot tub(both covid safe reservations), friendly staff and excellent shuttles (Jim is the best). The condo is a little aged but was perfect for our needs. I hope that Steamboat doesn't change. Friendly people, beautiful outdoor adventures, great skiing and a warm, clean, safe place to stay like Timber Run. I look forward to coming back next year for more great skiing adventures.
