Besoin de travaux

Électricité a revoir (coup de jus lorsque l'on touche le lave vaisselle en étant pieds nu, étincelles au niveau des prises) , manque de prises électriques. Rafraichissement des salles d'eau et des vélux ne serait pas du luxe. Équipement quotidien très minimaliste. La gestion des poubelles est incompréhensible. Propreté très discutable (évier, poussières). 36,7€ m'ont été demandés en plus de ce qui était prévu, après demande de la raison via sms comme demandé par l'agence, j'attends toujours la réponse. Les 2 chambres rénovées sont très agréables (sauf électricité), les extérieurs également et très bien entretenu (petit bémol pour l'emplacement du barbecue). L'emplacement très appréciable.

Villa agréable

Maison très bien située, sentier des douaniers à 50m. Quelques commerces accessibles à pied. L'intérieur mériterait un petit rafraîchissement déco mais dans l'ensemble, la maison est très agréable.
