You'll be right across the street from the Four O'clock ski run, so get an early start to your ski vacation with a delicious breakfast prepared in the suite's full kitchen - you'll find all the appliances, counter space, and cookware you need. The breakfast bar has three barstools, while the dining table can seat up to four guests. Stretch out in the living room to enjoy a warm fire in the gas fireplace while enjoying a favorite novel or a good movie on the flatscreen TV. Savor a glass of wine out on the private balcony and take in the fresh mountain air. After a great day, indulge in a rejuvenating soak in the shared hot tub or take an invigorating dip in the pool.

While winter visitors can shred the Breckenridge ski runs, summer guests will enjoy taking gorgeous hikes along such trails as Blair Witch Trail, Lily Pad Lake Trail, North Tenmile Creek Trail, and Spruce Creek Trail. You can also find summer activities like stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking, and freshwater fishing at Dillon Reservoir.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
