Walk along the Riverwalk to concerts, shops, restaurants, 1 1/2 blocks to the Gondola, or catch the free shuttle bus out front!

Free heated garage parking and wifi, elevators, queen sleeper sofa and 55" flat screen t.v. in living room and another 40" flat screen t.v. in the bedroom with king-size bed, adjacent bath, and enjoy your coffee on the deck above the Blue River. New granite counters, stainless steel appliances, wood floors, and new furnishings await you including a washer/dryer inside the unit.

What a great place to stay. We loved the location and were able to walk everywhere. The balcony facing the river was so nice to sit out and enjoy. The condo had everything we needed, The bed and living room furniture were comfortable. I would recommend staying here.

Perfect for a couple on a ski trip! Loved having the full kitchen to cook a hot meal after a long day on the slopes. Everything is super close by, and the good route shuttle up to Peak 7 & 8 picks up right out front. We would stay here again!

Everything was removed from the property to the drywall, and all new deluxe finishes installed. It's absolutely beautiful, riverside, and mountain views located in the heart of Breckenridge - so I hope you enjoy your visit as much as I love living here!
